I ordered online. Online delivery clock said 45 minutes. OK. But it arrived 1 hr 40 minutes later. I called & politely asked about it twice and no attempt to resolve. They said I couldn’t even pick up because my order had left. However, when it finally arrived it was room temp. I get that Saturday’s are busy, but when the store is behind there should be some kind of connection between online/store/customer so we have more options. I would have driven up there but had I done so I would have had to pay double for a new order. Bottom line: I’ll never do anything but takeout from this place.

I usually order a pan pizza from this Pizza Hut and it is usually good. Today i ordered a thin crust pizza and it was terrible. The crust was burnt and stiff. I ordered pepperoni, beef, tomatoes, olives and mushrooms. The ingredients were limited. Little beef and tomatoes and just pepperoni basically on the pizza. The crust was burnt and still. i could not fold it to eat it. There was little amount if any of cheese and sauce. I live on the other side of town. I should have taken it back. The next time this happens i will take it back and either you do it right or i expect my money back

This Pizza Hut tried it delivering me a stiff, cold pizza. I complained and they gave me a credit for a new order, but based on these reviews, I’ll pass on the do-over. The person that i spoke to was unapologetic and I could tell that fielding complaints was a common occurrence for him. Do better bruh.

Around 10 tonight I decided to grab a quick dinner. I wasn’t in the mood for the typical fast food, so I ordered online from this Pizza Hut. I got the meat lovers pan with the fancy little red peppers, green peppers, and onions added to it, the balsamic vinegar drizzle, the butter herb parmesan crust flavor, and the brownie thing. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of toppings(I hate when restaurants skimp on you). The box got a little greasy because of the butter crust, the overload of toppings, and maybe the drizzle, but the pizza and brownie were really good! The woman who served me at the drive through was nice and friendly too. I’m happy with my choice. I’ll be back! Howe we, after reading about all of the problems with deliveries in the other reviews, I think I’ll pick it up instead of getting it delivered! LOL

Ordered pizza at 6:09. Delivery estimate 7:34. Call at 8 — they tell me my card was declined. I wonder why they never contacted me to tell me that. I tell them I will pay in cash and to please send my order. Call at 9, was told pizza was not there so must be out for delivery. Call at 9:45 and am told they don’t have a record of my order. They will make a new one and send immediately. It is now 10:45 and there is still no pizza. I called again and was told it isn’t there so it must be out for delivery — further more I was told I wasn’t even going to get what I ordered. Miserable experience — won’t be purchasing any thing from this store for awhile. Just terrible.

We visited for late night(around 10pm) did carryout. Everything we got was to the point of inedible. The bread sticks were super salty/garlic and undercooked. The sausage on one of the pizzas was freezer-burnt and had to be pulled off. The pepperoni was fine but they overdid the garlic butter so it was super wet. We will avoid this pizza hut in the future. There are much better huts in the atl area.

Last time I will order from here. Ordered for delivery and I will say that they did come quickly, but they came with half of the wrong order, then a very overcooked pizza with hard cheese and had looked as if it was sitting for a while. We called back for them to bring the new order and the manager was not apologetic or seemed to care about our inconvenience. He was extremely dry, didn’t offer anything extra to make up for the mix up and just had overall bad customer service/managerial skills. Please believe the majority of the reviews on here! Should’ve known not to deal with this location after seeing 1 – 2 stars.

Epic fail. Ordered a pizza to enjoy some football, arrived 20 minutes late and was stone cold. Did you know there are no managers on duty at this location on Saturday at 830pm? Consider us shocked especially since they sponsor College Game Day. Heating up our pizza in the oven to make it edible. Horrible first experience.

Rude and did not honor a Vaud coupon. I came in to pick up a large pizza one topping pizza that I ordered online and used a promo code that was valid. I originally picked to pick it up at 4pm, but called the store to change the time to 6pm. Over the phone, they said«no problem» and they would have it for me at 6. I show up, and they cannot find my pizza. So one employee says they will make me a new one and it will take 7 minutes. Then he goes in the back and I can hear the manager speaking to him. She, the manager, never comes out to speak to me or even shows her face. He comes back to tell me that she can’t make me a new pizza, and on top of that cannot honor my coupon. The coupon was completely valid, but she refused. Then another employee looks in their over where they store to-go orders, and finds my original order. They wanted to give me a two hour old pizza, and at full price. I had to explain to them that if I was to pay full price, I obviously wanted a new pizza. And it proceeded to take 15 minutes, not the original 7! The place was empty too. The one star is for the cashier that was sweet and got in the middle of it. If the manager has such a problem, she needs to learn to speak directly with customers. And they need to honor their coupons. Will not ever return. And neither should you. There is much better pizza out there anyways. I only chose this bc of the deal I had. Unacceptable.

Horrible customer service!!! Management is extremely rude. Waited over an hour to get our pizza. Then we weren’t given the discount we had been offered. We were patient and understanding the entire time, but when we finally had enough and asked for the discount we should have been given in the first place, the manager rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath as she stormed off– ignoring our«thank you.» The only pleasant employee was the cashier, who kept being thrown to the wolves by supervisors and management, because they were too unprofessional and irresponsible to handle the situation themselves. I’ve never been treated so poorly. It’s an embarrassment of a restaurant. Will NEVER return to this location.

Wow this is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had. We ordered a pizza with extra pineapple and sausage and when we received it it was about 6 pieces of pineapple on it and the cheese was barely on the pizza. The manager offered to give us a free one and to keep the one we had. We got the new pizza and it was no better. This one had no sauce literally thin crust and cheese. The service is also terrible. I could add so much more to this review on how awful the service and food is but I’ll get to the point… DON’T GOHERE.

The last three times I have ordered from this location has been the worst experiences of pizza ordering history. The first time, I was told my order would be here in 45 minutes. 1 ½ hours later, I called to check on my order they told me the driver just left the location and would be here any minute(I live literally 3 minutes away). A lady answered the phone and told me there is a standard 1 hour wait time for delivery and I explained to her that she should advise her co workers to stop telling the customers anything less than an hour if that’s the case. Another 15 minutes go by and he finally arrives with no apologies whatsoever. The pizza I ordered(large stuff crust pizza with pepperonis) came with 5 – 8 pepperonis on the total pizza. I brushed it aside in hopes next time would be different. The second time I ordered from this location, they were yet again extremely late and I ask what was taking so long. A man answered this time and he said the driver had already left but he just called the location so he put me o hold to cal him back and see what’s wrong. He gets back on the line and explains that the driver was lost(again I live 3 minutes away) and the phone number in the system was wrong. This is a lie due to the first question you’re asked when you call is what the phone number is to pull up your account information. I have him the correct number seeing as how he had my name, address and gate code, which was never asked for after he was«lost» and«had the wrong info». When the driver arrived, he forgot to bring the 2 liter I ordered. He said he would bring it right back. 20 minutes pas and I have to call again. The driver THEN returned after making a complaint. Tonight I ordered again, keeping my fingers crossed it would be right, on time, and no phone calls in regards to where my order is. I was on hold for 7 minutes before I talked to a real person. Once the order is placed, they again told me 40 minutes but arrive 30 minutes past the time I was told. I ordered traditional bone in wings tossed in buffalo sauce but my wings came breaded and with MAYBE a teaspoon of sauce on them. With it being the third time of issues with my order, I call to express the frustration. I was on hold for 5 minutes, and when someone finally answered the phone, he admits he was the one that just delivered my order. He puts he manager on the phone(a girl named Jessica), and the first thing I hear her say is «what’s the issue?» Being a former customer service manager myself, I was not impressed with her attitude, which was obviously my first«issue». She did offer a $ 10 coupon on my next order and to re deliver the wings, which I accepted but from the tone in her voice made it seem like I would be reviving«extra saucy wings» if you know what I mean. It has now been ANOTHER hour and my new and correct wings have still not been delivered. Thanks to Katie from Pizza Hut corporate customer service lines, she is reimbursing me the total of the money I feel I have continuously wasted on this location. I will remain a loyal Pizza Hut customer, but the next time I order, it will be from the next closest location.

Why in the world is this Pizza Hut so variable? I have gotten good pizzas from them in the 13 years I’ve lived nearby but it seems their quality is very cyclical. For a while they are good and then they become awful. There seems to be no quality control at all. Do the managers turn over quickly? Do they just not care? The last two pizzas I’ve gotten here, including one last night, have been terrible. Minimal ingredients scattered haphazardly. Frozen pizza is better. I give up on them. I will start getting my pizza from one of their many nearby competitors.

It’s such a bummer that I have to write a terrible review about this Pizza Hut because, weird I know, I usually LOVE Pizza Hut. And I will never order from this one ever again. Ever. The phone service is rude, ATBEST. Seriously. So I put an online order in the other night and never received a confirmation email, so I decided to call in to make sure that my order had gone through. After the lady answering the phone rudely let me know that my order went thru, I asked her when it was expected(again, I didn’t get a confirmation email that usually gave the information). I ordered this pizza online at 11pm. She quickly said 1 am and hung up on me. At this point, it was already 11:45, so we decided to wait, only because I had no desire to speak to that woman on the phone again. Also, our food was cold by the time it got here. Awesome. Like I said, never ordering from this Pizza Hut again, which is a shame because it’s the only one nearby and I have given Pizza Hut a lot of service over the years.

If you like 1 hour 20 minute delivery times with piping cold pizza and wings, horrible customer service, then this is the place for you! After ordering online, we were told there was a 50 minute delivery time. Upon receiving our delivery an hour and 20 minutes later(we called and checked on our order and was told it was out for delivery at the one hour mark), our pizza and wings were COLD! I called and asked for the manager and was told they would call me back in 20 minutes, which is unacceptable. After I let the person on the phone know that our pizza and wings were cold, she never apologized but asked if we wanted a new pizza. After I asked for a credit for the next time, she offered me a $ 10 credit. I was absolutely insulted since the cold pizza and wings they had just delivered were more than $ 10. I informed her that Pizza Hut has lost our business and she did not care. Congratulations Pizza Hut on your«excellent» customer service.

Terrible headache so I decided to order the wings and those things they call(waffle fries) what a joke!!! Took them 2hrs and when I got the food everything was cold, I mean cold. This pizza hut needs a management overhaul. I was told the online deal they are offerring on the site AND on the recording when you call this location, is not valid in Georgia? Why then would it be on the phone when you call a Georgia Pizza Hut. I was put on hold to talk to a manager and held for 15 minutes and then decided to just go to Jets. Should have done that to begin with. I’m done with this location, it’s always something crazy like this.

This is by no means great pizza or great food for that matter; however, they do offer a fast, cheap($ 4.99) lunch buffet which is of decent quality. Across the parking lot on the other /opposite side of the shopping center is a Stevie B’s pizza buffet restaurant of decidedly inferior quality. This Pizza Hut’s buffet blows it neighbor’s out of the water(with respect to serving much better pizza /pasta at about the same price). The buffet at this Pizza Hut location only has pizza, pasta, bread sticks and marinara sauce(for dabbing /dipping your bread sticks /pizza crust). No salad bar option here. The pizza choices on the buffet will likely feature four or five pizzas of the usual /various toppings(sausage only, sausage with onions and peppers, pepperoni only, pepperoni with onion, etc). You should zero in on whatever comes fresh /hot out of the oven — particularly the pepperoni pizza. The pasta choices will likely be some kind of corkscrew pasta(rotini?) in sauce covered with cheese. Marinara or bolognese sauce covered in cheese is the primary variety offered; however, there also might also be some kind of pasta with Alfredo sauce and chicken as a second past option. Both pasta options are of decent quality. But keep in mind that there is not a lot of pasta for everyone(especially if the place is crowded). So move fast if you see a fresh, hot pasta tin getting put down on the buffet. Again, no salad option with the buffet. As I said before, the pasta disappears quickly if the place is busy and only gets re-filled /replenished about every five to ten minutes or so. Ditto fresh, hot pizza. The servers /greeters /buffet replenishers are minimum-wage earning slackers so don’t expect much help, assistance or empathy from them. In spite of some glaring problems, this place is still not a bad lunch deal for less than seven bucks /six if you tip and drink water. Do I love the buffet here? Hell no; however, I will say that like it because the price is right and it is faster(and cheaper) than waiting on a takeout order.
