Starbucks has a delicious Green Tea Frappuccino! And their coffee is SUPER yum zone!

Knowing how hard it is to find the the You Are Here City Edition mugs i was glad to stop by this starbucks store when we were passing TN and thus adding Nashville to my collection! The service was good!

I stopped into this Starbucks quite by accident while traveling for the holidays. It appears to be quite new, very clean and quite busy, even on Thanksgiving day, as were the nearby Target and other businesses. The service was also quite good.

This is the fastest Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever experienced. The stores in Clarksville need to take a page from the Smyrna store’s manual! I’ve been about 8 or 9 times and this store is always fast and my drink accurate.

I frequent many stores all over middle TN. This is the only one I have twice now received rude, «I felt like I was at a McDonald’s» service — two different female baristas. The first time I was shocked. I’ve always felt that Starbucks has always done an excellent job of weeding out the unpleasants. Apparently not this location! She argued with me about getting whipped cream — let’s face it folks, they have the best — added to a beverage that didn’t normally come with it. Really?! Her manager explained she was having some personal problems. Wow. This was almost a year ago and she still works there and is short with almost everone. Today, I ordered by phone app for the second time. First was in Mboro at The Avenue and it was totally cool. They had it sitting on the counter and I just walked in, grabbed, exchanging thank yous, and went on my way. Here, I patiently waited by the counter watching others come in and then get their order. I wasn’t upset, just thought maybe my order didn’t go through. Before I had a chance to say anything, the barista closest to me, who had glanced several times at me waiting there, said: «Are you waiting for a phone order?» Me: «I am.» Her, in that«I am better than you and you are an idiot» tone that just makes you want to punch someone: «You have to tell us or we don’t know and you’ll just wait.» Me: «Oh. I’ve only done this one other time and they had it on the counter waiting.» Her, still in that tone: «Yeah. We don’t DO that anymore because here people kept stealing them.» Like I’m supposed to know this! No apology, she just handed me my two $ 5.00 beverages and turned away.

I work across the street at the hospital and have been to this location several times. I just went today at lunch and had a HORRIBLE experience. Let me just say that I have a lot of GI issues and there are some things I just can’t tolerate or I will be extremely sick. I know this is a pain at restaurants, but trust me it is more so in life. I went and ordered a mocha w cinnamon(bc yum) and no whip. I needed a certain type of milk. The total for this drink came to almost $ 6 for a grande. Pretty pricey and I am pretty sure on previous trips the price had been less, but i was in a hurry and the girl at the register was nice and said she was new so I let it slide. When the barista was making my drink I saw her putting whip on top. I politely said«Oh no whip please» to which she replied«Doesn’t say it on the cup!” and keeps putting whip on it. Seriously? We go through this a few more times before she finally sighs and scoops out the whipped cream and tells me my drink will be short(for $ 6 it really should never be short), but never offered to make me a new one. When I inquired about the type of milk used she very condescendingly and very loudly informed me «WEONLYUSE2% INOURLATTESHERE!» I was so embarrassed I just took my drink and left. Then promptly threw it in the trash because I knew if I drank it it would make me violently ill. I may as well have burned $ 6.

I love this location. The baristas are always on their A-game and make a crazy good iced Caramel Macchiato made with milk and sugar + one shot of caramel. It does get slammed here with lines wrapping all the way around the building and out of the parking lot entirely depending on what times you try to grab a coffee though. Very good coffee here and I am not normally much of a Starbucks person, there’s just really not much else in Smyrna that can compare unfortunately.

Unimpressive staff and location. I’ve visited this location multiple times and now only visit if it’s a last resort.

I have given this particular Starbucks multiple tries and every time it’s the same disappointment… Long waits, no parking and watered down awful coffee! I will not be returning to this location ever again. I completed a survey for that store and I would have given it negatives if possible!

It’s rare, but I went inside as the drive thru was about 10 cars deep. This store is the FIRST I have every experienced where they made my drink based of the line INSIDE! Normally, if there isn’t a line inside(this is all Starbucks in general) and at least three cars waiting to order, you win the game by going inside since(it always seems) only one person is allowed to use the espresso machine at once. At this location, register dude just walked over, made my drink, and bam! 3 min. in and done. Also, they had the new TN mug, so hurray for me.

So everything about my coffee and the majority of the service was fine, except that the cashier doesn’t know how to do basic math. My bill came to $ 11 and change. I handed her $ 22. She turns around and throws two dollars into the tip jar and breaks my $ 20 for my coffees. Somebody better go back to math class.

Very nice location! I’m in the middle of nowhere in Tennessee, and this was the closest Starbucks. The drive thru was PACKED, which makes sense because it’s the only one within like 15 minutes. The baristas were super nice and made conversation with me about what I’m doing here and if I’m enjoying the state — I’m ecstatic that they DIDN’T tell me to «have a blessed day»(I hear that EVERYWHERE here). The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because the trash was like overflowing and the RTD case was kind of messy. Other than that, it was a nice little spot.

I go to this Sbux maybe 5 days out of 7. The staff is reliable. It is a stop-gap for many employees so you see a lot of new faces. I’m guessing many are MTSU students. There is a group of regular baristas who’ve been there for a few years so I rarely have to tell them my order as I get ye basic tall dark roast… straight up. They’re good people. The owner really should do more to limit the hard surfaces and noise. especially spending a few pennies for plastic caps for the chair legs… geez. simple fix. In late Winter /early Spring the sunlight can take some wicked angles at certain tables. The only other gripe is a very limited amount of outlets for your devices… again… that’s an easy fix if the owner cared. UPDATE: since the remodel there are two large tables in the middle of the store with outlets underneath. Brand new chairs of higher quality. The individual tables are now a bit smaller so it can be tight with your laptop, phone and coffee but overall the improvements work. I don’t like the air-dryer in the bathroom over paper towels but that goes for every place that seems to be doing this. Paper towels are handing for opening doors in public restrooms. I’m not OCD about it but I prefer not to touch bathroom doorknobs during cold and flu season for obvious reasons.

Of the many Starbucks I have been to across the US and Canada, this one most consistently gets the orders wrong and has the most uninterested and bla se employees I have encountered. There is so little to meet the expectation of an experience here that it is just another place to get coffee. I prefer to go to the Starbucks kiosk in Target though it is much less convenient.

I visit this Starbucks whenever I am in the Smyrna area. I have not gone inside just through the drive thru. The drive thru can get pretty backed up but it goes by very quick, most of the time. They have always made my drinks right.

The location is clean. The staff is friendly. My drink has never been made incorrectly. There’s a drive thru – but the wait is usually much shorter inside. Speaking of the inside, that is my only problem with this place. It echoes tremendously. When the metal chairs grind against the concrete floor, it’s awful!

Love this Starbucks! They have only messed up my drink once and quickly fixed the right one and gave me both without being charged. The baristas there are so friendly as well. This is by far my favorite In the Rutherford County area!

Solid cup of coffee. If I had some«big project» to work on, this would be a good place to hammer it out. Always get the feeling I don’t look«serious» enough, but, what are you going to do? Nice place to hang…

Quick and clean Starbucks to stop at when needing a break from I-24. They have a drive thru which seems to be quite popular but i would go inside to check out the man candy working there(3 hot baristas in one location? Unheard of!) Oh yeah i also went in to get coffee also and it was delightful.

I had to stop at the Smyrna Starbucks near the hospital before a Saturday meeting I was hosting. I tried to call ahead but the number on the internet was actually to a fax machine or something so I had to just stroll in. First off, I was surprised at how many people were at Starbucks at 7AM on a Saturday. Why are those people not in bed sleeping off a hangover like I wished I was doing? Luckily it wasn’t so packed that I had to wait to be waited on. I asked the boys behind the counter if they had large containers for about 30 people and they recommended two of the to-go containers. How long will it take? They said 10 – 15 minutes and they would have it ready to go. I would say it was even less time than that actually! They brewed two big to-go jugs of coffee and filled up a bag with cups, sugar, fake sugar, stirrers, etc. They then filled up a large cup with creamer and put a stopper in it so it wouldn’t leak. Then the cute boy behind the counter helped me carry it all out to my car. Now that’s service! Great job Starbucks!
