I go to this Subway very often and though customer service is definitely not they’re forte, they are far better than some other locations and other fast food chains. I attribute their attitude to that generation. But they remember my order, make recommendations when I ask, and get me in and out without carrying on conversations or texting the entire time. I have not tried the Atlanta rd location to compare this to, but perhaps I’ll give it a shot next time.

The food is fine. Service is horrible. Two young girls that work there have no common sense. Three strikes and I won’t go back. The first time, my daughter didn’t want cheese on her sandwich, so I told them to just put it on mine. They charged me for extra cheese on my sandwich. Second time: Since there are no signs requesting otherwise, I tried to pay with a $ 100 bill. They said they don’t take bills that large(it was late in the day and crowded — she definitely had change). I told her that was all I had & she threw our sandwiches in the trash while I was standing there. Time #3, she didn’t space the turkey correctly on my sandwich and only put 7 slices on my sandwich, although 8 belong on there. When I questioned it, she said only 7 and gave me a smug look. I now use the Subway on Atlanta Rd. next to Five Guys. Cleaner, newer store and the employees are very pleasant. These girls at this store are horrible and family or not, the owner needs to get rid of them before they run off more customers with their bad attitudes.

Absolute worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Rude to me every time I’ve been there. Walked into the store at 9:05, and he immediately informs me that i missed their buy one get one that ended at 9am. Blows my mind how someone can run a business with such a stingy mindset. Needless to say, I will not go back and have convinced my office to go to the other location.
