Breakfast is supposed to be served here until 11am. I pull up at 10:52 (after being up and otherwise busy for 5 hours) and am told they are serving lunch. That’s just lazy. Sure, you’re serving lunch at 11, but your menu says you serve breakfast until 11. You can tell me you’re out of breakfast food, etc., but do not insult my intelligence. You were still supposed to be serving breakfast at 10:52, you just didn’t care enough to take my order. That’s a sign of bad management and careless employees. What type of real «service» do you expect to receive at an establishment like this? Lol food usually comes out how your ordered it 70% of the time, the drive through wait is usually long for these dog meat burgers lol I am a little tight (irratated) with the manager that insisted their banana shake was better than stake n shake. Dude no way! The banana shake krystals offers totally sucks and has an under taste. Besides that where else can you buy a sack full of belly ache at 2 a.m. to soak up the rum and coke?

In my mind, fast food reviews should take into account things like service, whether or not the food is consistent with other restaurants in the same chain, and cleanliness. The star rating on this Krystal almost caused me to pass it by, but a closer look at the reviews revealed someone who doesn’t like Krystal and another who had a problem with consistency of service. My experience was entirely different. Clean. Fast. Hot. Fresh. Good quality. Friendly. Accurate (complicated six-person) order. Recommended!

A majority of the time my order is wrong. They can’t simply get «a number 5 with no pickles» right. And they are incredibly slow. I hate there aren’t more options for late night fast food nearby.

This is my go to krystal and since I’ve been on a krystal binge for the last few weeks (coincidentally new pack of sourband in) it’s safe to say I’ve been eating here too much.
My favorites are the chili cheese krystal, chili cheese pup, spicy chik, spicy club chik, Nutter Butter milkquake, waffle fries, smokin wings, and plain cheese/onion/mustard double krystals.
I recommend preparing your tastebuds by partaking in inebriating activities beforehand.
The drive thru service is very erratic and I actually like going inside sometimes to see if the Indian cat that works here is in. When him or the African manager are here the food is pretty delightful.

When you’ve gotta have a Krystal, this Krystal is a good one to visit. Has a family run feel and staff has been pleasant and customer-service oriented when I have visited. Krystal burgers are cooked to order, so are always steaming hot when served. Wi-fi is provided.
Best Krystal that I have visited in Atlanta.
4 stars because this Krystal is good at providing what Krystal fans want, not because the food is gourmet.
