I’ve been coming here for years! The staff is awesome and they always have a great selection.

Has a great atmosphere but the service we received was very poor. The staff was having a conversation (that had nothing to do with wine — noticed by the language and the girl he was talking about) while I had a question and while i wanted to check out with a bottle but ended up just putting it back and leaving.
I’ll try again maybe — update my review at that time. The beer shop down the street awesome!

This shop sells and serves wine. After you buy a couple bottles, you can sit down and enjoy a glass of wine. Best wine shop in Smyrna.

Excellent Wine shop. Me and some friends love going to this shop after work for some great wine and conversation. The atmosphere is so laid back… almost like the cute wine shop scenes you see on TV where friends gather and talk. I LOVE going here. Great staff that is so knowledgeable. They love talking to you and getting to know you.

I love supporting local businesses and not spending my money at chains when I can help it.
On two separate occasions I went in looking for a specific wine. I wanted to buy at least a case. My brother easily buys it by the case in Charlotte so I know it isn’t especially hard to source.
I left my name, phone number and was even willing to leave a credit card number for a deposit.
I never received a call back, either time.
I buy a fair amount of wine and communicated that, but she never followed up nor followed through and lost my future business accordingly. It’s a tough economy out there and I still remained confused by twice not doing what you said you would to an eager prospective customer, but that’s what happened.

Great wine selection and if your not a wine enthusiast, just tell the staff what type of libations tickles your fancy and they will definitely find the perfect pairing for your taste buds. I almost hate that I found a brand here that I’m now hooked on and NO, they don’t carry the brand at Krogers. That means I’m forced to venture here quite often, bad for me, good for the shop!
Quite honestly, it’s a rare find in the city of Smyrna and also a delightful treat for both the novice and wine connoisseur. El Vino Libre baby… if that’s even a phrase!

Just discovered this wine shop the other day when I was driving past and noticed people sitting outside drinking wine. I knew there was a wine shop, but I wasn’t aware you could actually enjoy a glass of wine here. A few days later when trying to decide on where to go for a drink I thought of this place and we ventured over. The reasons following are why we love this shop and will be returning:
— Owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
— The wine list is great and super affordable!
— All the wine in the shop is also quite affordable and there’s a great range of stuff.
— You get a bowl of snacks while enjoying your wine!
— The Wine Cellars is only about 1 mile from our house– Yes!
Yay for yummy local booze, snacks, and getting to enjoy a local business with a great owner.

I have been going here for years. Everyone has always been nothing but sweet and helpful. I love the bar area, and game night on the first Monday of the month are so fun! They offer great deals, and the staff is always ready to recommend something in my price range. This is an awesome place to go, and I recommend it to all my friends and neighbors!

This is one of the gems of Smyrna. When we moved into the area, we were ecstatic to find such a great wine shop. I have never had anything less than stellar service. Gracious and willing to explain or answer any questions, the staff are very friendly and attentive. I have nothing but high praise for this place.

I was introduced to The Wine Cellars when a co-​worker and Wine Club member, invited me to a Wine Club member function. Pamela, you are right! What a hidden gem! It was so nice to see a local business, wine boutique that did not carry the same old super market wines. Prices are quite reasonable and like most wine stores, you can find wine for as little as $ 10/​bottle. The owners and employees are great and always ready to help you either find what you are looking for or make a suggestion. I read a review that inferred among other things the race of the owners would play a part in how they treat their customers. That could not be farther from the truth (No, I am not African American). It is a great place to meet a friend for a glass of wine after work as well as enjoy the wine tastings on Saturday. The Wine Club is great! I would definitely recommend becoming a member. Many thanks to Renee and Wayne for a job well done!

This is a great place to come for a glass of wine after work. They also do free tastings on Saturdays. I have been exposed to new wines I have never heard of by coming here. Also, many of the wines are in a very resonable price range which is surprising from a small wine shop. I typically don’t spend over $ 10-​$ 12 per bottle and if I do it’s a splurge.
They have $ 2 tapas on Tuesdays and this is my favorite time to go. It’s good to have a little something to eat with your wine.

For me, this was a hidden gem find! As an impromtu, a friend and I decided to meet for drinks. She had mentioned Wine Cellars to me in an email and after I viewed the website decided I must give it a try. I was quite pleased with the establishment, the wine selections, owners knowledge, décor, acoustic entertainment, ambience and clientele!
This place is kinda tucked away towards the rear of Market Village off Atlanta Rd. There’s a bar in the rear of the wine shop and tables throughout. The owner, Mrs Renee’ Rowe is very knowledgable of her wine selections throughout the shop. On Sats, they offer wine tastings from 2 to 4pm and in the evenings there’s usually live acoustics to compliment the overall environment.
I love the diversity in patrons, from the hip, young to the older sophisticate and everything in between:-).
The Wine Cellars offer small edible plates to compliment your wine choices, the staff is also friendly and knowledgable and pricing is very reasonable.
I look forward to my next visit and like the convenient location.

Omg! Cute cute cute shop! After another long day of anesthesia conference my classmates are thinking that a little splash of wine might be a nice treat. Miracle of miracles– the GPS leads us here. What a find!
First of all– this place is in a fun little corner of Smyrna and the owner is super friendly. Second– free wine tasting is going on– six wines, little platter of fruit and cheese– we can’t believe our luck! I think they do these tastings every Saturday– I signed up for their email– seems like they do lots of little events.
The wine distributor was there and gave my non wine drinking classmate a little mini lesson on what to look for, how to taste etc– and was overall totally helpful and kind withou being pushy and a pest. I think she may have broken out of her sweet white only mode!
As a disclaimer– I am no wine expert– but they had a really large selection and a wide variety of pricepoints. My wine expert but non Unilocaling friend thought prices were good… everybody likes that right?
I would totally come back here and browse around and chat up the owner and staff. The wine bar area is bright and comfy– they have free wi-​fi and lots of fun wine accessories so you could totally get your shop on as well!
If you are in the area– I think you should def pop in and see what’s going on inside!

This is a good wine shop. I’ve been a couple of time, last time was last saturday.
I didn’t know it, but every saturday between 2pm and 4pm there is a wine tasting, with some food (like cheeses, grapes.).
Employers in the shop are very kind and helpful. There are some types of wine, but only a few from italy. You can definitely find more italian wines at World Market.

You will find an amazing selection of wines at The Wine Cellars.
They have everything for any price point you could image. Every Saturday they wine tasting, and suprisingly enough… they are free.
Ocassionaly they have tastings during the week, check their web site for more info. I am one of their club members and find it throughly enjoyable. They have a tasting especially for their members every month. They are amazing. I have trying tasted some wines that I would have never tasted on my own. Stop by when you get a chance.

Great find in Smyrna. They have a great variety of wine that you won’t find other places. While checking out all the wine I stopped in my tracks when I noticed the 2009 Silver Oaks Cab. Wayyyyy out of my price range but probably the best wine I have ever tasted. If you have the extra cash and are seeking a top notch Cab, go for the gusto and get this!!!
