It was a painless experience at the Bickford Ford dealership. I went in, stated what I wanted, Mike Mauer set me up with the best car to fit my needs, and after the paperwork was complete Andy Sullivan gave me training on all the fancy buttons and made sure I understood how everything worked. I have purchased two vehicles from Bickford, and both experiences were great! We worked with Jake back in December to get me into my 2015 Edge, and he did a fantastic job, taking the time with me and crunching numbers to make sure I got into the one I wanted for a price I could afford. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
A couple months ago I started having an issue losing USB power along with my Nav shutting off. Michael in Technology contacted me right away and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and that the problem was solved. He even followed up continuously with me to make sure I was no longer having the issue.
I have also used their service department for all my oil changes with my Focus and have to say their service department is awesome! Their hours make getting my car in easy and painless.
They have a loyal customer in me :)

This was easily the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had A LOT of them). Very friendly, no pressure or hassle, and deal was done in record time. They worked to get the deal I wanted and for the first time ever came in UNDER my desired payment amount.
It was a little drive from Seattle to get there, but it was so well worth it. Thanks Eric and Bickford, I love my new Mustang and when the car bug hits again, I’m heading your way for sure!

My husband wanted a new Mustang so I went in while he was at work to get prices for him, but when I explained that, they said I could go out and look at the ones they had but to come back when he was with me. Not very courteously. When he had time which was on a Sunday, they were closed. Bought our next 3 cars at Brian Motors in Everett.

Got my new Edge yesterday, and the people at Bickford were the best. Dan Hudson is who we like to work with, and he was fantastic again. Andy Sullivan showed me all the new Sync tech, and helped me know what was different about this new model. Best car buying experience ever! Thanks guys!

The salesman was nice enough but they wouldn’t honor the Ford rebates for my trade-​in unless I let them run my credit. I had financing in place before I even went there so I didn’t need financing through their banks. The Ford website didn’t specify that the 2000k rebate only applied to Ford financed vehicles so I’m pretty sure they were making up the rules as they went. And yes, my trade in was a POS but the Ford website didn’t specify that it had to be worth a certain amount of money in resale to qualify. Then the salesman said that they couldn’t verify who I was unless I let them run my credit. You mean the drivers license you have in your hand, the copy of my insurance card, and the check drafted by my bank’s auto loan department (who does business with Bickford all the time) which would include my name wasn’t proof of my identity? I even said that I could produce my passport if necessary. Yeah, turns out it wasn’t proving my identity that was the problem. After I busted all of their reasons as to why I couldn’t buy the car sitting on their lot the truth came out. Unless I let them use the «cuddle» (sp?) System to provide financing, it wasn’t «worth their time» to sell me a car. Why would I let them run my credit when I already had financing in place? Well, Bickford Ford has become my new favorite topic! In the three days since this happened, I have told EVERYONE about it. Posted it to FB (so did my husband) and contacted Ford’s main office. I NEVER write reviews about a place online but I think I need to warn others. Do not go in there with your financing in place or cash in hand because they don’t want your kind of business. They aren’t there to sell cars… they are there to FINANCE cars.

Just recently purchased a 2016 Fusion Energi and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have had. We had purchased a used Escape for our daughter a few years back and that was a fine experience as well. When we arrived, one of the sales guys asked if we had purchased from them before, then looked up who we had dealt with and found Eric for us. We knew the vehicle we wanted and they laid out the bottom line best price deal right at the start (very different from what you expect from my dealings with other dealers who always seem to try to cheat you out of every last dollar). Our transaction was super smooth, worked through the paperwork and out the door in about an hour. At the end, I was introduced to Michael Holden (their tech guy) who was super helpful walking me through the Sync system and other controls and features.
This dealership is almost like working with family. They make you feel comfortable from the start, and particularly if you have done your homework and know what you want as well as the value/​invoice and incentives going in, it easy to see that they are straight shooters and will take good care of you. I can’t recommend Bickford enough!

I have had regular service done here for many years. Most recently, I bought a set of new tires for my 2013 Escape in November. I started to have a slow leak in December, put air in it, and it continued to flash the alarm of low air. What the heck. brand new tires! So dropped in, explained the problem and they went to work on the one problem tire. Eric came back about 90 minutes later… explained that they checked all the tires and found a nail in problem tire but also checked all the other tires… by doing that extra work, they found another tire that had a nail in it and fixed it. By going the extra mile, they really helped me… no cost!
Guys and gals in service are friendly, reliable and quick… big howl out to them and especially Eric.

Fantastic Service. I drove up from Portland for a deal on a Ford Mustang. The 8 hours of driving ended up saving me around 4k when compared to my home market. On top of that, the level of service was far beyond anything I had come to expect from a car dealership. I didn’t have to argue or haggle to get the deal I wanted and they were very respectful of my time and opinion. In short, the fantastic deal on my car and the great costumer service made the drive up absolutely worth it!

I was introduced to Mason Bishop as a little girl when Bickfords was located on First Street. I recently bought a New Ford Escape 2016. One of many, many cars my family has purchased from Bickfords over the past 50 years! Recently I had the pleasure of having Mike Mauer as my salesman. Randy Thaut was busy so Mike took over and made this whole process effortless with Zero stress involved! Go Mike!!!
These new 2016 cars are alot higher tech than my 2001 Taurus I traded in. Matthew Rice came to my rescue and showed me all the ins and outs! Not just once, but on many occasions since my purchase several months ago. Matt is such a patient, intelligent young man and explained everything as many times as I have needed him to!

Easy, no hassle. Liked everyone whom helped me from my sales person «Randy», Theresa who did the paperwork with me and Matt who helped teach me how to use all the new bells and whistles on my new vehicle. I was tasked to purchase this vehicle on my own while my husband was away and they made the experience easy with their non pressure sales model, giving me good information, they were respectful when I was indecisive and needed to think. I will gladly come to them when it’s time to trade in my husbands truck!

This was the easiest vehicle purchase of all time.
My family and I always go to Dave Burlison for all of our cars. No pressure and they only sell cars that have passed their strict inspections.
Before I left Matt Rice made sure I knew what my car was capable of and how to use all of the features. He was extremely knowledgeable.

We had a very pleasant experience buying a 2016 Escape at Bickford. The price we paid was as advertised on their web page. The sales, paperwork and technical associates were all knowledgeable, expedient and friendly.

My husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles from them. Russ Sumpter and Dan Hudson has helped us with each purchase. They are exceptional people and wonderful salesmen. They answer all our questions in a timely manner and find us exactly what we need. There is no pressure working with them. They make you feel like part of the Bickford family. Had my first experience with the Bickford Service dept and they were great and promised me my truck back within a hour with a wash. The service advisor was great and explained everything about my truck and went owe my paper work throughly. I will continue To use this service dept from now on

I looked for a Ford Focus at many dealerships and by far got the best deal at Bickford.
Also was very happy that my fairly simple transaction was able to be completed in such a short time. I was out the door with the new car in a timely manner.

Called the service center today because I was in the area for work and had immediate issues with my 2015 Ford Escape. I explained that my back driver window was stuck open I believed because the fuse blew or something to that effect. I was concerned as I didn’t want to be driving around with an open window with rain and for security reasons. The service representative told me sorry that there wasn’t anything she could do because they were booked out a week and a half and that she couldn’t help me with someone even looking at it. I didn’t expect a red carpet, I just was hoping I would get some sort of help or direction. I won’t be going here for services even though it’s the closest ford.

A long-​time, family run business that I respect but have a hard time liking. I bought a Ford Escape from Bickford — my first Ford and my first (and last) experience with both.
1 star for the service department. They have a color system that makes no sense. More than once, the other color service reps were standing around talking to each other about the latest movies while my color service rep was either busy or not around. And then came the broad-​brush approach of «we checked it out and its fine…». When I asked for specifically what was checked and how was it measured, I got the run around. Unfortunately, the Escape has been towed in twice and there numerous other times… unfortunately.
4 stars for the parts department. Stranded in Oregon, the parts manager went on the phones and on-​line to try and find a water pump. He called dealers in the area and really went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the closest was 3-​days out.
3 stars for the sales team. I appreciate the no pressure approach but that became the excuse for «its not my problem…» later when it spent more time in the shop than on the road. Good people but taking zero accountability for the organization or for the product.
no stars for the product — a Ford Escape. Water pump failed. Back window exploded due to the steel latch mounted directly to the glass. Brakes serviced twice only to learn that Ford uses soft metal in their brakes — so a complete brake swap the 3^rd time. Cracked fuel tank. And that’s just the «big stuff» — the little stuff and recalls list is 3x longer.
Again, I appreciate Bickford as a family run company. But is seems they could sell furniture with the same brand loyalty or commitment they have shown to Ford.

Always being hesitant of car salesman, I went to Bickford after dealing with two other not so pleasant car lots and was surprised by the friendliness of the staff. I had a salesman named Dan. He’d been there a long time and represented the company well.
I ended up buying a truck that day and don’t regret it one bit partly because of the experience I had. Even dealt with two different people to sign the loan. Both great! Go see Dan, you won’t regret it!
