Tried this place recently and we were pleasantly surprised how good it was! Drove by it for years. Good food!

Crab rangoons amazing and fresh. Also has curry prawns, veggie fried rice, broccoli with oyster sauce, vegetable lo mein and had beef and broccoli. Not overly salty like a lot of Chinese food is. Will come back for more!

I don’t know where those other people have been eating, but this place is NOT good. The restaurant is run down. The food is not fresh and has no flavor at all. It is very Americanized and really has no seasoning at all. It took forever to come and when it did, it wasn’t even warm. The wait staff is slow, distracted, and there were times when I just wanted to go get my own drink and take care of my family myself.

Quite possibly the freshest and best General Tso’s chicken I’ve had — pleasantly surprised. Spring roll was fresh and tasted great as well. Plenty of sauce to use with rice as desired. Will definitely come back.

Our famished group of 19 came here after our Franklin Falls hike back in May, and this really hit the spot. This could possibly be an inflated review for that reason only, but for Americanized Chinese food, we were all pleasantly surprised. I just watched the General Tso documentary on Netflix(which is great, btw) and it made me think about Got Rice. Even though I didn’t order General Tso’s chicken when we came(I got a close second, Kung Pao chicken), I’d be willing to bet their version of General Tso’s is pretty tasty. Tasty in a sense that I’m ashamed to admit that I think Panda Express’ orange chicken is really tasty as well.

Not gonna lie, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this place. Though, i wasn’t expecting much since its kinda out in the sticks. The flavor of the General Tso Chicken was spot on(as far as American-Chinese food goes), the customer service was fantastic, and the restaurant was clean & well decorated. I was with 3 others, and they all loved their dishes as well(veggie curry, sweet & sour chicken, king pao chicken) This isn’t an authentic Chinese experience by any means, but given the side-of-the-road location in a somewhat remote town, my expectations were exceeded.
