Ming’s is an eleven. Love ittttttt. It was hard to find, so make sure you go around the Starbucks next to the grocer’s store.

Love this place. Go here at least once every two weeks. Always great food, even better service, and very affordable. Not sure why people have negative reviews, maybe try it again, as the place is outstanding. Especially the lunch menu — a lot of food for little money.

Really good fresh Chinese food. So happy to have it in the valley where good ethnic food is limited. Service was fast and helpful.

Prompt and excellent customer service. Lately though the quality of the meat, be it chicken or beef, has gone down in quality. Very chewy the last three times. Might be our last time here.

Yeah… this place has some pretty darn good Chinese food. Friendly service, too. Cool vibe inside. Strongly recommend. We order-in from here a lot, and sometimes dine at the restaurant.

Aww this place is excellent, I am not sure if people are aware of it. Most of the times I see this place closed; maybe it is run by a family who visits their country quiet often. A bit excess oil in food, other than that definitely it’s a place to taste!!!

Dropping down a star for the time being. 3=good. My evaluation is since they reopened. What’s new? The menu remains the same but prices are slightly higher. Our favorite dinner combo(#5) is still there. Portions appear to be about the same. Hot sour soup is watery vs thicker. Pot stickers good. Honey walnut prawns are good size but the walnuts were soft. Mongolian beef was good, perhaps a bit smaller serving. The General Tso chicken tasty but large chunks are hard to eat graciously with chopsticks. The pork fried rice portion was smaller which is too bad since it is one of the lower cost dishes to make. Flavored all appear to be the same. Staff is different. Our usual waiter is gone. :( The facility remains the same. I love that it is close by. I have read other comments posted since the reopening and will be watching to see if I agree. Obviously I intend to still go there.

If you haven’t been back since they reopened, do so. Good before, over the top good now. House fried rice and salt & pepper calamari are my go to items.

I’ve gone here once a week for lunch for the past 5 years. I was happy to see that they opened again but the new cook has to go. The chicken curry, my regular meal, tasted more Indian than Chinese and had a strong cinnamon taste. I went back the next day for my free meal to make up for the disgusting one I had the day before and ordered the General Tso’s chicken. How can you mess than up right? Well, you can if you cook it too hot for too long and that’s just what I got. I’ll be back when they replace the cook. Seems he decided to make the portion sizes much smaller as well. 5-star spice was less than a 1-star on both meals I had. Follow-up: I spoke to a dozen co-workers that had visited Ming’s prior to their closing and they were in the same camp as myself, we’ll all be back when there is a new cook. The Thai place at the gas station is far superior.

Great Chinese food! Got the dinner special plate. Came with all sorts of items but was a great quality for around $ 10ish. Great quality food on the Ridge. Nice ambiance. Restaurants like these have my full support!

This restaurant has been closed for awhile but now reopened! So happy as I feel this is the best Chinese food in the valley. Awesome Hot and Sour and Wonton Soup. I’ve had a few seafood chooses too and was very happy with flavor each time. Glad to see they are back in business!

A good, go to, lunch spot in Snoqualmie. Their lunch specials include a small soup and are a great value. Check ahead though, their hours are not always consistent.

This place has an amazing value ratio.(Quality — cost + convenience.) Their food is some of the best Chinese food east of Bellevue and their lunch prices are very affordable. The only complaint that I have is that their spicy food is not spicy. That is probably because the location is in an area with many young families. I have noticed that all their dishes are good and have yet to find one that is subpar in any noticeable way. If you are around the Snoqualmie Ridge and want Chinese I recommend this place.

Edited: I will not be getting take out here again, they forgot part of our order for the third time and everything was packaged so poorly it leaked all over. Not impressed, especially with how expensive it is. The food is great, but not worth the trouble. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Very fast, friendly service and the food was excellent! I especially loved the egg drop soup and crispy beef. We got family style for two and it was more than enough for two adults, a toddler and leftovers for the next day.

File under: typical american chinese food. Cross-reference: better than expected. Pretty tasty. Fast & friendly. No complaints. If you’re a chinese food snob looking for a really amazing chinese food experience– just go ahead and smack yourself now, for thinking you’d find it in a strip mall in an outer-ring suburb. Once you align your expectations with reality, you’ll do just fine here. Maybe even better than you’d hoped.

Great food & great customer service. My team and I went there for dinner on a Monday night and had a wonderful time. We also loved the décor of the place. Kudos Mings!

My coworkers and I have gone here once before, but it was closed! We were thinking of where we should go for lunch, as we work right on the Ridge; however, we weren’t feeling the usual places, ie: subway, mexican food, italian, etc. We looked up the phone number and menu as I was calling to be sure they were open, and within 2 rings someone answered the phone.(Working a front desk position, you KNOW when someone is upset, annoyed or even bored over the phone. The man who answered happily told us they were open.) We walked right on over and was greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. There were quite a few people dining in and immediately, you can see how clean they keep their place. Water and menus came to our table shortly after we were seated. They have a variety of things you can order, and everything sounded so good! I went with my usual, almond chicken. Their lunch combos come with an entrée, chow mein and fried rice for less than $ 9! After the waiter took our orders and the menus, he came right back with our soup of choice. I had the hot & sour soup and it was extremely flavorful and the perfect temperature. I absolutely loved it! Soon after we finished our soup and our waiter took our bowls away, no more than 5 minutes following, he came out with our lunch. DELICIOUS! Such a perfect amount of almond chicken, chow mein and fried rice. Their food wasn’t super greasy like other chinese restaurants. You get more than your money’s worth. You get full and even have more for left overs. Their service was ridiculously fast. Their restaurant is super clean and not so crowded, and their food is a-ma-zing! CHECKTHEMOUT! :D

Found this little gem while visiting and I loved every bit of it. The best egg drop soup I’ve ever had — I’ve never had anything like it. Portions are great and so are the prices. I will be back asap! Green tea was also the bomb!!!

We eat here all the time and LOVE the food and the staff. The Calamari is the best I’ve ever had. We all love the Hot & Sour Soup. The service is great, our only complaint is that they close down for about a month each year for vacation. I recommend Ming’s Garden!
