This company needs to fix their online ordering. It hasn’t worked in MONTHS. The food is acceptable. We order from them about once a month, but you just can’t do it online!!!

The«pizza» was OK(we are from New Haven, CT so our standards are ridiculously high). It helped for us to think of it as entirely different category of food. What was NOTOK was the FRIGID temperature of this place. When you see patrons huddling together for body warmth while waiting for their food, uh… Adjust the A/C, please. My sons’ lips were turning blue. There was a little boy in the next booth who had pulled not only his sun kissed arms, but also his legs, up inside his t shirt. Another woman went to her car and returned with a fleece lined jacket. We ate as fast as we could(before the circulation in my fingertips was gone) and ran out to the glorious humid heat of the outdoors. Please take note. Providing COMFORTABLE air conditioning is excellent. Freezing your customers is cruel. And memorable.

Had a great experience and meal with my family of five at Papa Gino’s. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. We had the all you can eat pizza and pasta meals. The food refills were available in under 10 minutes. Great service considering the place was packed. We’ll be back again!

It’s not Jersey pizza, but not half bad for New England. Only options for pizza by the slice are plain and pepperoni, and they were all out of water of any non-soda drink, which I found disconcerting.

The staff here tries really hard, believe me, they do. Super nice, welcoming, etc.(two-stars for them but that’s about it). BUT(and, the big BUT here), is that the food does not measure up. Walked in at the prime of dinner time, and no one was in the place; I mean no one(with the exception of the staff, of course). You could have heard a pin-drop. Pizza as well as subs were SUPER greasy, and not in a good way. Fries were obviously frozen, undercooked and served cold. We’ll stick to Dennis Port House of Pizza or Georges in Harwich.

I called the manager Eric and asked for a discount as I was paying for pizza for the kids in my domestic violence shelter who were helping me do a spring yard clean up. I wanted to show the kids that if you do a good deed it comes back around. They did not know they were getting pizza. When I spoke with Eric he told me he would give me a discount as I am a resident of they shelter using my personal funds. I asked for enough cheese pizza for the 10 kids. Office staff gave me the shelters tax id so I would not have to pay the tax. When I picked up the 4 large cheese pizzas to my surprise Eric told me «the discount was they would be free». I was so surprised I was speechless. I thanked him over and over. When I told the kids their response was«NOWAY». I emphasized that good things did occur. There was a bag of plates and napkins already with the pizza’s. The pizza was hot and delicious. I went back the next week my son and I and had the«Paparoni» pizza which was also hot, gooey and delicious. We were served in the usual time it would take to make and cook a pizza. My son ordered french fries and they were equally good. I stole one or two… The staff is very friendly and I did not see any socializing other than with the customers as they were working. Maybe they have a new manager in Eric or new employees. I would def go back many times. LOL I will go back here as the Centerville Papa ginos was rude and not even remotely friendly.

Three star food with 5 star service. Even though it is a chain the manager has built a solid team of folks who greet everybody with a smile. Definitely worthwhile for some cheap eats.

Terrible service, waited 45 minutes to get 5 cheese pizza slices. They had actually run out of pizza and salad, the store manager told the cashier to stop taking pizza orders. Terrible, I don’t recommended it.

How in the hell does a pizza shop run out of and mushrooms? Bathrooms were very dirty.
