Starbucks

Service was great. Appreciated the free upgrade. Not a big Starbucks person, but would come back for the service alone.

I kind of missed rating these folks and Especially Ruth, although I have been coming here since they opened maybe over ten years ago. Sorry, I may have taken you for granted since you are always there and the team is always so good to me. Well Five Stars and it is one of the top three coffee stops for me… thanks to all of you and I hope someone was able to use the free tickets I dropped off the other day.

Store Manager is always working with her team and getting things done so we can get in and get out quickly.

Not that the bad reviews concerning rude baristas would have originally swayed me from coming in and getting my coffee, but Lynn was super disrespectful and very rude. My drink was ready at the bar, but I’d ordered a hot chocolate for my child, and simply asked — is there a hot chocolate back there, too? The look of disgust and irritation on her face was ridiculous. She snapped back at me with the rudest tone that «it was coming» and all drinks were made in order. Wow. Sorry, Lynn. She only snapped out of her fit once I asked her for her name. I don’t usually come to this location, but I’ll never be back. Geez. By the way, my child’s drink was taken by someone else, so
My question (motivated by wait time) was valid. The name on my child’s cup, was not her own. Someone else had taken her drink off the bar in error.

Alright this is a nice Starbucks, surrounded by expensive rich homes and wild creatures commonly known as «cougars» (*wink wink, you know what I mean)… Beautiful inside this Starbucks, friendly staff, go and watch the wildlife…

This particular Starbucks is sub par. The drinks are made well but the baristas are cold and distant.
I heard one of them complain loudly in their back room. It was regarding a customers order.
The bathroom is atrocious. I chose to go across the street to the strip malls Vons to use their restroom.
This Starbucks is right by my workplace and I used to go there often (until I got fed up) and this service and environment is consistent

Me ‘ol stomping ground … It’s still good to see a Starbucks in the Von’s Center. It never gets old…
This Starbucks is pretty much like the rest. .. the employees were wonderful, quick and responsive. My Grande Vanilla Latte with 2x vanilla was scrumptious! Thank you!

This is a pretty nice Starbucks, and I am particularly fond of the outside patio in the back of this location. (
) It is roomy and there also spots available either in the sun or shade.
I enjoyed a nice hot robust Venti Americana with a some room for cream, but they left a little to much room, so I had to ask them to put more coffee in my Venti. I just want it to be a Venti. The Americana was good and delivered the kick I needed. Although the service was pretty good and up beat, I noticed the employees were very chatty with each other during my visit. Well, I guess it is good to see they were getting along with each other.
On a very good note, my connection with their wi-​fi was very good!
