Recently my orders have not been correct. Also, if you don’t leave a tip, they do not even say thank you. I have a HUGE problem with leaving a tip if you hand me a cup of coffee, especially if you don’t greet me or thank me. There are hundreds of other Dunkin Donut shops to go to. Gone are the days of good customer service … just because!

Excellent, personable service. They pass out dog treats at the drive-​thru sometimes if you’ve got your best friend in tow. My only concern is that their manager/​franchise owner didn’t order enough bottled water from his/​her supplier (s). There has been a serious heatwave and the water went too fast. Since Dunkin Brands’ IPO they have this mean policy where the price ona little screen must match the price the cashier quoted you. If not you need to get the manager right away. I think that’s draconian and the staff at this particular store are all very pleasant, personable. Most of them look like they’re students and this is how they fill in the gap after they receive their financial aide.
