Nice hotel overall. Clean. Could really use more chairs in pool area, but the pool itself was great-salt water system. Front desk staff really should be wearing uniforms-there is no excuse for them not. Very unprofessional looking, but they were friendly. Beds didn’t seem as comfortable as they have been in other Hampton Inns.

Clean enough, but the pool was a green swamp. Someone needs to get the night shift a hair cut and a razor because it is not a professional look he’s putting forward. Below average hilton in a noisy location. I spent over 100 nights in the hilton chain last year and this at the bottom.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels(travel with my husband for work) and I was most impressed by the daily fresh popcorn and baked cookies available to all guests. We stayed here in June and they have a beautiful outdoor pool that is clean and well heated(80 degrees!) I also found it a huge bonus they have a washer and dryer for your own laundry convenience!

As a Marriott Resort Owner and exclusive Marriott family, I am always hesitant to stay anywhere else. That said, there was not a Marriott nearby so we picked Hampton Inn over the others in the area based on reviews and photos. We were not disappointed. The rooms are clean and updated. modern looking and spacious enough. Beds were comfortable, air was cool, bathroom was nice and clean. Quietly insulated walls provided a good night sleep and road noise was NOT an issue for us. Staff was pleasant enough. could work on their appearance a bit– looked a bit ruffled. but all in all fine enough. Free, and safe parking and close to whatever you need. Breakfast buffet– the only minus., but with that said we are Gluten Free so not many options. We had Banana’s, coffee and juice and they did have hard boiled eggs ! The remaining buffet items were a plastic looking cheese omelette, country biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereals, and a waffle maker that looked Ok. the other fruit looked questionable. Our room was a AAA rate of $ 118 not bad and a pleasant trip and stay overall.

Terrible beds. Front desk refused to help(3rd shift worker by the name of Justin… longer dark hair and glasses) when I went down and asked about another room. They wanted me to pay more money for another room(and no, they weren’t booked… the parking lot was half empty). I called corporate and they had to call the hotel so that I could get another room. By the time all of this happened at 2AM, I was so angry that I couldn’t sleep. I just drove home. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you can sleep on any type of bed. In case you are wondering how bad… they are better than a place like Red Roof Inn where you can feel the boards in the bed, but not much better. If two people are in the bed you will feel every move and the bed leans.

You can see it from the turnpike, but it’s actually a little tricky to get to. This is where we stay when we come to seven springs. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast is what does it for me. They rotate the hot items from day to day and it’s make for a great start for a day of skiing. While it isn’t exactly free, you definitely know your saving cash when you see the breakfast prices at the ski lodge.

Fine, very clean and updated accommodations with a helpful and pleasant staff at this price point. Complimentary breakfast offered a different variety and the standard fare. Stayed two nights. Some reviews cite«road noise» but did not find it a problem. Occasionally a truck engine breaking which you could probably hear a mile away due to the hills but nothing overwhelming. If you want that much quiet go back to your Nursing Home or crawl back in a grave. ;-)

I would stay here again. I would venture to say it is one of the top nicest ones in the area. Clean, fairly updated and smoke free. For $ 119 a night, it is a pretty good deal. I was told there are so real dumps around here so be careful! Hampton Inn usually is a safe bet no matter where you go and this one is as good as any I’ve been to. Paying an extra 50 to 75 bucks for something a «little» better wouldn’t be worth it IMO. The staff was helpful and courteous also.

Clean, well-appointed, and modern. The front desk staff was helpful(loved the cookies, fresh fruit, and Andes mints), the fitness center was well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet was sufficient. Rooms were very sleek and modern as well.

I didn’t stay here but made an attempt. Stopped by to find this location had no vacancy. The front desk person was excellent. She rattled off a list of other nearby hotels, motels, bed and breakfast places, told me which ones were full, and offered to call the others. Nice service. Turnpike upgrades make getting here a little confusing.

A pretty standard(plus a star for cleanliness) Hampton Inn. Loved the continental breakfast and baskets of fresh fruit on the lobby tables. Loved the complimentary trail mix, popcorn and cookies even more! The location is ideal, right off the turnpike, and by right off — I mean it. I had so much trouble finding this place(and so did my GPS) so take note — when you get off the turnpike take an immediate right. It’s beside the truck stop. ;)

This place is an immediate right turn off the turnpike so pretty handy to get into, but a little more difficult to get out of(crossing lots of lanes of traffic). The only thing of note, that made it different from other Hamptons is that this place has refreshments a few nights a week(I think M & W). It looked like you could make whole meal out of it… various soups, sides, soda, desserts, popcorn. Oh and the one annoyance… they don’t have lines on their parking lot… maybe they’re painting them soon… but people just kind of park randomly.
