Ordered online, set up pickup time 1 hr. Got there at pick up time. Told 3 more mins. … 25 minutes later order done, after speaking with male manager. Got home found 3 orders of boneless buffalo wings had no sauce. Called store asked for manager, they put female on phone who says she was manger, NOT, told me I could come back in 1 ½ to pick them up because they were busy. Absolutely the worst ever customer service

All the horrible reviews on here made me weary of ordering from here. But alas, I was sick of domino’s, and it was too late to place an order at a local pizza place.
I got a supreme pizza, and a garden veggie pizza. They had a special for 6.99 you can get a medium ANY pizza. Really great deal if you ask me. The pizza was hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS. What more can you ask for? I have no regrets.
3 stars because the food was excellent. Can’t speak on their service, though (we got carry out and my boyfriend grabbed it).

Wow i never seen a worst pizza ever … Frozen pizza are better then this one … Somerset pizza hut won Nobel price in how to screw a pizza… the 2l pepsi was good

It feels cheap to pick on a chain restaurant but Pizza Hut has reached a new low in service as of today. My grandma loves Pizza Hut but their location in Somerset has become impossible to order from. Since Pizza Hut now sends their orders to a call center you can’t speak to a real human in the building on the phone. Is that necessary? Can’t they hire a person to answer phones in house? I tried to get transferred to the actual store to order (when the woman taking my order didn’t know what choriço –a topping they carry– was) and their new system cut me off instead of transfering me. Guess we won’t be ordering from here anymore until they get their ordering system fixed. Very disappointing service overall.

It was ok … we did the buffet and the food was a little dryed out! I still love pizza hut! Next time we will order some fresh food!

The only reason I even went here was for the breadsticks. How do you screw up a medium pizza and a double order of breadsticks? Overall just horrible. The place really missed the mark and I set the bar real low. It’s Pizza hut. Cold food, distracted staff. And the, place looked like they might get around to cleaning it this summer… if the place stays open that long.

Ordered delivery.
The pizza was disgusting. They didn’t include the sauce with the bread and cinnistix and it was just a pile of grease. When we called to report the problem they wouldn’t do anything. The woman gave us a 69cent credit. Big whoop.
It took nearly an hour and a half to deliver.
When we ate there, it was the same story. The food was disgusting and greasy. It took the waitress forever to bring the food out. and the soda’s for that matter. They were just plain rude.
On both occasions, the food made my husband and I extremely ill.
We will NEVER order take out or eat here EVER again. They’re terrible.

Still to date I have not been contacted back from Pizza Hut. I would NEVER RECOMMEND PIZZA HUT to anyone I know. Save your family the time from eating here and risking their health.
