I hate the Arsenal Row. I hate malls, I hate clothing stores, I hate this part of Somerville, and that very day, I arrived after suffering through Lego Land for two hours, and was in a foul mood. And I tried the awful Orvis outlet down the street, which reaffirmed everything I hate about outlet stores. But my long-suffering wife went into another shop that I couldn’t bear to set foot in, and so I wandered in here. And I immediately found a shirt for $ 89 that I’d almost bought for $ 125 at another store last week. I also liked another similar shirt: different color, same price. The pleasant sales lady informed me of a special, where if you buy a shirt at full price, you get a $ 25 t-shirt for $ 5, and I qualified for two, and they were really nice t-shirts. Then, she said, if I got my bill over $ 200($ 11 more), I’d get $ 50 back. In other words, they would essentially pay me to get more stuff. I easily found another shirt that I liked. So, I wound up with five high quality shirts that I really like for about $ 170. Fantastic deal! I don’t think I’ll ever go back, just because I loathe the process so, and it is very far out of my way. But this place is really great!
