I want to write this review for two separate occasion. 1^st I walked in Earlier in June, my daughter had returned from Army boot camp and was also being deployed. So I wanted to do a banner for her, the young lady named Rey Santana, helped me how to design it and made sure that I received the banner just in time for my daughters welcome home now. 2^nd time was a few day’s ago she helped me once again get some copies of flyers I needed quickly and she made sure I received them in minutes. Again she’s very friendly attentive and takes her job very seriously. As a business owner I take customer service very serious and I give her 5 stars.

It’s a review for the Copy& Print Center. I needed urgently some business cards. I was told that Staples could do it for the same day. So, I went online, and saw that if you ordered some business cards, you could go and pick them up 4 hours after directly at a Staple store of your choice. I chose Staples at 165 Middlesex Ave Somerville, MA 2 145 (as I live in Somerville). 4 hours later, I went to this store, paid about $ 9 for 200 business cards I ordered online, et voila! Great service, great store!

Not a big fan of this staples «superstore.» I’ve been in there twice and both times have been standing at the register for about 5 minutes before anyone bothered to ring me out and/​or acknowledge me. Both times workers have been standing at their registers on the phone or just not paying attention.
Tonight in particular, I went for a printer and all of the printers on sale were sold out. Whatever that’s understandable. But probably 5 employees walked by and no one asked if I needed help. I finally got to the register with some other stuff I wanted to buy and the cashier was annoyed because it was his time to punch out. I asked him a question which he didn’t know so he asked the manager who didn’t know the answer to my question either.
Next time I’ll just drive to Woburn or buy from another business.

We visited here yesterday as we were in the area. It was very similar to the other large Staples stores that we have visited in the past. However, the location of this particular store was not that easy to drive into and out of due to the traffic of the local area roads.

This review is for the Print and Copy Center. I had been in a month or two beforehand to ask questions about printing invitations and remembered Liz being so nice and helpful – and I knew that I would be taken care when I was ready to get my invitations done. I brought in a PDF file from Etsy and needed my pine cone wedding invitations, rsvps, information cards, and thank you cards all printed. I was there for over an hour, not because everything was taking so long, but because she was printing examples for me to see and resizing my cards to help them fit into the envelopes correctly. With everything I’ve been trying to accomplish for a wedding, I was SO relieved that someone really cared about my order. Liz was truly excellent at her job and seemed to know how to do EVERYTHING. My invitations came out AMAZING, and I couldn’t be any happier – AND the price was SO affordable. I wouldn’t even hesitate to bring any other project to the people at your Copy Center, it was hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time.

Firstly, Staples has always been overpriced. But this time in particular, I had a grueling experience at the check-​out counter. If you ever approach a cashier named Diana, run for the hills because she lives in her own world of speed. And this speed is molasses. She was so slow, I think I aged at her counter. She wasted plastic bags, grouped items together that should have been grouped together, and did I mention she was slow? Truth.

Nice to see they’ve added postal services to this location!

I was so impressed with the service we received at the printing center that I had to write a review. We worked with three different print employees (Jessica, Hugo, and someone I cannot remember, sorry!), and all three were extremely helpful. They helped us make edits and test prints. Our invitations came out beautiful.

Ive used this Staples for the copy and print center a few times. They were helpful and quick with my prints. As for the other area of the store, ive looked for a few specific items multiple times that they just didnt carry. Ended up going to a different store. Overall good place and friendly and helpful workers.

This place seems to have a bad rap on Unilocal.I’ve been using it for years. I occasionally use the print center. I buy various office supplies as well. They always have what I need. The staff, while not always expert, is always friendly and ready to help. Better than a lot of retail stores.

We were here in black friday. Everyone was helpful, especially Charles. The manager was also helpful and always apolegetic for the long lines. Everyone was pleasant –super pleasant for 12:30 am after Thanksgiving.
Everything they advertised was in stock and at a great price. If you need electronic items and Staples has them, skip BestBuy and come here.

Went here a few days ago to get a new Galaxy S4 phone. After waiting a few minutes, I accosted a salesperson who was scurrying by and he said someone would be by in a minute. Waited another 5 minutes and left for the Everett Verizon store. I would never go back to this Staples. The one in Acton is quite good, but the one in Fresh Pond is only slightly better than this one.

So i walked in today because i had 3 returns and i only had 1 receipt. Besides the fact that the cashier didn’t know what she was doing or how to go about it. Her manager instructed her to tell me that where ever i bought my items i must go to THAT store to return them since i didn’t have the receipts for them!
So thinking this was nuts i called the store i bought them from which was danvers staples near Liberty Tree Mall. The women told me that it doesn’t matter where i return it and told me what the policy was.
I couldn’t believe the customer service here! Nobody knew what to do or what the policies were, so they sent me elsewhere… NICE!
WE make it easy, I THINK NOT!!!

I have been going to this Staples for two years until my computer broke down. No longer was it $ 100 to fix the computer but now, it was $ 70 for a diagnostic before anything was done. The diagnostic was done in two days and Staples wouldn’t put anything in writing or tell me how much it would cost. I found a less expensive place and took my computer. Perhaps, Staples is good with staples but how much money are they trying to make with their computer repair. Shop around!

This is only for the copy & print center.
They can’t even get a simple double-​sided print job done. I asked them to print our 5 copies of a powerpoint presentation, and they printed it out as a single document where the first hand out ended up with the first page of the second handout and the second one of course ended up losing the first page…
Not only are the employees incompetent but copies are also really expensive .20 for one double-​sided page — outrageous.

To be honest, I only need to go into a Staples about once every 6 months. Tonight happened to be one of those times looking for a number of differrent things including printer ink. When I walked in the door a couple of employees were near it chatting. One of them immediately greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I told him yes, with ink and he right away led me to the ink and helped me find what I needed. Then instead of walking away he asked if I needed anything else. Nice! Too bad I never saw another employee the rest of the minutes I was in there.
The store is laid out a little weird, but not impossible to navigate. I found almost everything I needed and left pretty happy.
