I’ve been coming to Kaboodle for years. Whether decorative pillows, vases, or unique home accoutrements, this store is the place to go. They’re especially festive during the holidays with items one can only find here (amazing ornaments). I don’t understand the other reviews (maybe it was an off day). I’ve always had great conversations with staff, and the owner carefully selects the fun items they carry and takes pride in them.

Yes, this store is filled with cute little animals, flowers, and sweet home décor, but the owner and her sales staff are SO RUDE! I’ve been in now several times since moving to the area and will never go back. I don’t know how someone who works in a living children’s book (walk by, you’ll see what I mean) can have such a bad attitude, but they do! I’ve never felt so talked down to by a stranger in all my life. TERRIBLE.

I love this charming, quaint store and especially after Christmas (50% off Christmas items and she has beautiful, special ones, too). I’ve always felt the service was very good and they carry quality items for the home. Wouldn’t miss stopping here if I’m shopping in the square!

Don’t spend your time or money at this store. Stopped in recently during a Sonoma trip. It’s Friday afternoon, not a soul in the store and the owner won’t even look up to greet us. Completely Rude! I try to patronize the local, mom & pop establishments, but this one deserves to become a casualty of the economic crisis. If you want business, try being nice to customers, it doesn’t cost anything.
