Really cute boutique with cool brands. Picked up a couple of things. Customer service was great. I was visiting the area and asked if there was a place nearby for a manicure. She made an appt. for me and showed me how to get there. I will totally stop in here again the next time I’m in Sonoma.

The Loop is by far the best place to shop clothing and accessories in Sonoma. I try to buy local as much as possible and the owner, Andrea Jensen, is a true local! I have no problem admitting that I like to buy the brands that I want to wear! The Loop has them all, just to name a few: Tysa design, AG jeans, Toms, Cosabella, Chan Luu… you get the point… they’re all great! In my opinion there is something here for everyone no matter your price point. I find gifts, purses, wallets, shoes, undies and more! If you haven’t visited in at least a year you’re missing out. Did I mention the sale room? Just Sayin’ To match the amazing apparel and sweet owner, the Loop has an amazing and calm atmosphere that welcomes anyone to shop.

I’ve been shopping at the loop since high school and have continued to love it over the years. The selection is incredible(lots of cashmere, jeans and fabulous jewelry) and the ladies that work there are always so friendly and helpful. Whatever I am looking for, I always find it here. Many people say its expensive, but I always find great deals and see great quality and value in the items they carry. In fashion, you’ve got to pay a little more for something that will last, and that proves true with everything I’ve purchased after all these years. I highly reccomend the loop for all ages(my mom shops here too!). Great for gifts for female friends and family as well. Happy shopping!

Memo: Attitude doesn’t promote repeat business or happy shopping for that matter. I can buy«full retail +15%» at a plethora of boutique stores throughout the bay area. I happen to shop other Sonoma county merchants even though I don’t live there anymore. It’s pretty easy to do if you find a store worth it. This shop doesn’t have anything you can’t find elsewhere or online at far better prices for that matter and without the unnecessary arrogance. I prefer supporting small businesses because I realize it’s hard out there. So while I hate to degrade a small business, I also have to be real and admit(from experience) that people will pay premium prices if they’re treated well. Nordstrom built themselves on this philosophy. The Loop has a missing loop called service. While there are some women that think boutique owners with attitude are a draw, the rest of the humble world doesn’t find that attractive. I don’t care what you sell, if you’re condescending, I don’t want to support your business and I won’t tell people how great you. Try a slice of humble pie and realize that your business might see some sustainable growth and not just from the 5% of return customers that see the rosebush behind your behind. I think of shops like this in other cities that do very well despite the economy’s standing because they’re actually nice and treat customers as if they will return, tourist town or not. This thing called the internet can do wonders if you’re ever inclined to step down a notch and realize its the customers that open your doors, not your golden key.

Other Unilocalers report that this is a great store for the 20 — 30-something gal. I’ll officially extend that upper range(not saying by how much) as I, too, like to look at beautiful merch. The Loop is an enticing shop right on the Sonoma Square, with cute clothes, jewelry, and beautiful little things(like shapely hourglasses) that will announce to your visitors that you have some seriously good taste. That said, bring along your fat wallet as we’re talking $ 400 purses and the like. Me? I’d rather fly to Kauai. But a $ 40 — $ 80 hourglass to sit on my table and broadcast my fine interior decorating skills? I could spring for that.

Amidst the many clothing stores on the Square that are geared towards rich older ladies(hi Grandma!) or those that like to dress like my fashionably oblivious auntie(sorry, auntie, I love you but it’s true), The Loop is a shining beacon of hope for the label conscious twenty to thirty-something. The store absolutely BRINGSIT, with a careful selection of designer jeans, trendy dresses by Free People, tops by Velvet, basics from LA Made/James Perse/, locally crafted jewelry, etc. Kind of like shopping at some of my favorite boutiques in San Francisco, but in Wine Country.

Love this clothing store although don’t go looking for bargains. Lots of fun unique clothes handpicked by the owner and cutie pie manager, Andrea. I bought the cutest pair of pants there and received tons of compliments.

Cosabella lingerie, Trina Turk, Citizen jeans, cute accessories, and even Velvetmen guy’s clothes… gotta love this gem of a boutique right on the square. Edit: –1 star for getting rid of their guy’s stuff. I would really like to support local Sonoma businesses when shopping for the bf, but now when he needs to get stuff we end up going to the boutiques in the city.
