Clean store and friendly employees, always quiet and peaceful in the store

Don’t trust them when it comes to signing up for classes
I signed up for a knitting class they told me the wrong times twice making me drive down the hill an hour and a half in the snow the second time, and then they canceled the third time and now they will not honor the money that I paid and will not allow me to take the class
I will never give them my business again

While I’m bummed that the mom&pop fabric store at the Junction closed, this big box fabric and craft store is decent, clean and organized. I even found crafting stuff there I haven’t been able to find in the Bay Area, probably because they don’t sell out of everything as quickly.
