Bad service. I went to this kinkos to print a movie size 2′ by 3′ poster. One salesman was really nice but he was in training so didn’t really know anything; the other guy he asked to help him was super rude, responded to the training guy’s questions with, «well, they’re your customers.» also, we had the file (rather large, too big to email) on an Internet file-​sending site, and at first they were totally unwilling to go download it even though we’ve done that before at Kinko’s. Also, the guy who our in-​training associate asked for help, when we asked him to download it, complained to us about customers who always come in like this, such a pain, and that we’d better not download a virus or he’d get fired. This guy was rude and unhelpful, and figuring out what we were doing wasted a good amount of time. We went down the street to another business — office max on grape road — and got the same job done in 10 minutes for 1⁄3 of the price.
