slowest service I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s. «freaky fast» was more like«molasses mud.» and no one seemed to know how to keep track of which sandwich was being made. I waited 10 minutes exactly. there was no sense of urgency on anyone’s part, which made it seem even longer. I’m not usually one to write a bad review. but I am still disappointed in this establishment. JJ’s can do better!

We just waited 25 minutes in the drive through for three sandwiches. It was so bad that the car in front of us had to go inside to get their sandwiches. We also had to remind them that we ordered beverages that were not correct but since it took so long we decided to just forego what we ordered. freaky fast my ass!

I eat at this location about once a week. Great food, sparkling clean restaurant, always friendly staff. Delivery is usually quick when I get lunch at work. Always sub avocado for mayo.

I’ve been using this Jimmy John’s for two semesters now and they still have yet to not mess up my order. It’s a sandwich delivery service, how difficult is it to follow what it says on the the receipt and cut my sandwich in half or remember my drink or not make the entire order smell and taste like cigarettes? At least one of those have happened every time I have ordered, which has probably been about 20 times now because I always give the benefit of the doubt, and end up regretting it every time. Advice: don’t give them the benefit of the doubt. Save your time and money and buy from elsewhere or go there in person so you can make sure they get your order correct. As for the food, it would be decent if it was what I ordered(ever). Could find much better quality elsewhere, such as Jersey Mike’s(which delivers through DineIn Online).
