Very good breakfast. Good prices as well. I have been there twice and both times it was very delicious. The hash browns however are extremely buttery. Still a good breakfast.

We love this place! We were so excited when they opened another venue here in Daytona. We go at least 3 or 4 times a month. Usually we have breakfast. The menu is HUGE! Lots of combos. Our food ALWAYS comes piping hot off the grill. Always cooked as ordered. Always great service. Best deal in town… the AYCE breakfast! And, they mean all you can eat. Choose from any breakfast items offered except steak. Just wow. $ 10!
My only nit is that I am a clean bathroom freak and they aren’t quite up to my high standard.
Did I say we love this place? Love it.

Been there twice and was very happy both times, Will be going there often.
Very clean, service great, outstanding food.
Quick service, hash browns fantastic, omlete’s great, waffles great, Don’t know what else to say other than Try it you will enjoy it.
Ok 3^rd time had guest with us and waitress and cook couldn’t get order right.
Very disappointed ;(

Marisol is a hardworking owner the food is cooked well and plentiful. The waffles are delicious and pancakes are huge. My only recommendation is that the servers clear the plates before serving other plates.

We’ve been twice now and this is our new breakfast place!
Service is fast and super friendly. The dining room is clean and there is plenty of seating.
The first visit I had the Southern Mess and have to say this is the best «hangover «meal ever! The last visit I had the Chicken Fried Steak and it was excellent! Best hash browns in town! And the biscuit is amazing!
Give C’s Waffles a try!

I read other reviews and it was mentioned that hash browns were the best ever? I found the hash browns to be less than stellar. i asked the server if the piggy sandwich came with real cheddar cheese or processed American cheese. She told me it was cheddar when in fact it was processed cheese food… ugh!
The menu also stated the sandwich came on Italian Bread… it was served on what I know to be Texas Toast… again…ugh! I asked our server if this is what they consider italian Bread and she said YES! …Woah…KNOW YOUR MENU!
I also read that other diners felt this was a very good place to eat… you are kidding yourself…
I felt that if I am going out to eat, it better than I can make at home, I can do far better…
I will not return…

Great food. No biscuits at 8:15 am was a bummer though! Hash browns are the best you will eat. Big portions will certainly fill you up. This is kinda like Waffle House on steroids. Waffle House waffles do not compare with the waffles here. Prices are fair for sure. My breakfast was $ 8.18 including the drink. Service was adequate.

This place was certainly a disappointment. bad first impression as we had to ask for clean coffee mugs to replace the ones put out on the table. Basically, if you are looking for price vs quality. then you will be satisfied. Personally, I prefer quality and will pay for it. Case in point. I ordered a blueberry Waffle. the waffle arrived with a mound of canned blueberry pie filling on it and it had been refrigerated. Sorry but that is not quality. I could not put butter on most of it and the topping cooled down the waffle. Should have arrived with real blueberries or at least warm compote on the side. Also noticed someone behind the counter acting like an owner. he didn’t bother to stop at the table to ask about the food. If you are trying to open new locations like they are, this is not the way to do it. Needless to say, i won’t be going back and i doubt they will be there a year from now.
