The only reason I’m giving these people a star is because I have to choose how many stars I have to give them chicken sandwiches taste like horse s*** the fries are soggy and I see my order done 10 minutes before they say your order is ready

I don’t have high expectations for fast food, but this place is nasty lol. The worst part is that the manager there(i think it was manager) had her employee punch her back in from break and extended her break longer. Being a manager myself, this is a no no. Especially if customers can hear you talking about it lol

I wish I could leave 0 stars. My brother and sister have always been complaining about getting their orders wrong here but I always thought they were exaggerating. I came in today to get an oreo shake that cost almost $ 5 which I thought was ok assuming I got a decent size one. I asked without whip cream. When I received the shake It was a small cup and had a little bit over half a cup. So naturally I asked the girl to put more since it was half empty. She said no cause that’s the scoop size which I thought was bullshit cause you can easily add another scoop. When it comes to food im never stingy but this was ridiculous. If I wanted a pricey specialty drink I would go to a restaurant or starbucks. I will be posting a pic so y’all can see I was not lying. Im glad im not the only one who gave them 1 star. Being a former and current resident of the South El Monte community I can give an honest review of this establishment. For starters, the management tends to be on the off putting side, the constant bickering between staff creates an uncomfortable environment for dining guests. Then when it comes to the subpar food, calling it «bad» would be redundant but I’d compare the food to that of the quality of which my meals are prepared. I’ve never received my food in the«5 minutes» service standard. Even being in the drive through, the food is at a painfully slow pace and when received, the food isn’t at the freshest quality. The food, service, and all around experience was astonishingly horrid.

This was literally the worst Carl’s Jr I’ve been too and I know everyone has their reviews based on the staff, NO mine is based on the food. My fries were soggy and cold and literally just thrown in the bag and my burger was a disgusting mess. The bread was all broken and slopped on there I know it’s not a five star burger place but at least act like you care about the food. So gross!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered breakfast came to work opened the breakfast combo and eggs were scrambled on dirty grill and had piece of random food in it and the sausage was already bitten. Seriously wth. Someone needs to manage this place and/or dept of health should be called. I’m never ever eating at this place again and if caution anyone who does.

The staff always seems unhappy. It doesn’t matter what day or time you come here they always seem to hate their jobs. I really hate that they don’t advertise their value items on the menu. The only place they’re advertised is on the back 2 windows that you can’t see until you drive through the drive-thru. That’s annoying! Especially after I’ve ordered a $ 10 meal then come to see that I could’ve just gotten 2 $ 1 spicy chicken sandwiches. And believe me they get pretty upset & give attitude when u get to the window and tell them to change your order. Who’s fault is that? Put your signs where they can be seen BEFORE ordering!

So I purchased a combo offering a promotional item that is being advertised all over the restaurant and they inform me its discontinued. Yet they do not offer to requisition that promotional item for inconvenience as any company would. Waste of location and management.

Just came to this Carl’s Jr super empty so served quickly. The down side is I used there rest room and it had toilet paper all around the seat. Looks like they haven’t cleaned it in a while even tho they have a 30 min maintenence schedule.

I think i am here on the wrong day. Cause apparently the lady said they are never this swamped! Anyways they were nice but the food was not good! I got the new Philly cheese steak burger, with the«new buns» they’ve been advertising about. The meat was super over done, and dry. Cheese aren’t melted, and very little Philly steak and bell pepper. The buns are burnt and not raised fully. Not coming to this location again!

This place is soo terriable! I have lived around the corner from this place my whole life. 4 out of 5 times they get my order wrong. Then they get upset if you bring it to their attention. I honestly wish they would shut this place down and open another fast food joint. If you like pieces of meat missing from your burger, your order being completely wrong and your burger looking like someone spit/stepped on it. Then stop by and enjoy. Nothing but a bad, regretful experience.

I like my neighborhood carl’s jr. Every now and then I go over with coupons and I can usually get 2 – 3 uses out of them before I have to surrender them. I went in today for a breakfast burger and the manager was wearing this cool looking light blue shirt. Service is smooth here!

Staff is coo fast and clean the dinning room could be a little larger but it was good =) oh and the cashier will sometimes let u keep the coupons =)
