Was craving a shake so I decided to stop by here on my way home. Saw they had a new item on the menu, spicy nacho curly fries, which looked really good so I decided to try them out so I ordered some. Got home and started eating until I found a medium sized length hair just sitting there on the cheese. Never really had a problem coming here before until now. The fries were really good but was sad seeing the hair and not being able to get to finish them. Didn’t even wanna drink my shake either.

I’ve never had a problem with my food here. It’s always great. What I do have a complaint about is the service.
I walked in today with my family and another family walked in behind us. There was no one at the register so I assumed they were busy. Finally a woman walked to the cashier, looked at us with a mean look, typed something in the computer and just walked off. Then minutes later a nice young gentleman came to help us.
I understand they can get busy especially on a Sunday but it would’ve been nice for her to at least say something like «Be with you in a moment» instead of giving us all that mean stare. Even the family behind us was bothered.

I have gone here before. This time, they didn’t put a toy in the kids meal and gave me a cheeseburger instead of hamburger.
They are quick.

This is for the drive thru…
I stopped by this morning on my way to work. I got a Breakfast Jack combo with a Coke. That’s not important; what is important is the service. I got to the window and the girl was super cheerful and pleasant especially at 7am on a Tuesday. Then she actually wiped my cup off before handing it to me. Such a small gesture goes a long way. I can’t tell you how many places will hand you a cup dripping with soda. I really appreciated that little extra step. It was a great start to my day! Thanks, Janelle!

Second time I really got sick here, defiantly won’t be returning anymore, save your time and tummy and go down the street to a real burger joint, the beef patties are usually over cooked on the edges and on two occasions I got reheated food. After a night of spending it in the bathroom next to the toilet, I won’t be back again

I’ve waited for over ten minutes to place my order. I’m standing next to the registers, I’ve reached over several times and shouted to see what would happen. Two drive thru orders have been placed and… wait someone came to the front… Nope she’s gone again. Ok where was I, oh yeah don’t come here.

Had lunch here yesterday with the wifey, food was ok. I found an eyelash in my spicy chicken sandwich, I’ve had better food elsewhere, its ok, they replaced my sandwich, no questions asked… good customer service

what can we all say about it but the myths of horse meat lol well for your hunger and late nite issue this is the place to satafile your hunger and neeeds for sweets at this time. we can not forget the the $ 1 meneu jumbo back and 2 taco not the best but it will get you there. for those who like to try the jimbocho this is your place (stonner) ;)
and it’s going to cost aorund 3 bucks 1 jumbo jack and 2 taco don’t forget the buttermilk.

I only go there because I live really close to it. They constantly mess up my order. I’d say 4 out of 5 times they do. The floor is always sticky here. It’s pretty hard to walk.
