I ordered an ethernet RJ-​45 splitter from Cellular Factory. It arrived quicker than I expected and the quality of the item is perfect. I would use them again.

Horrible Customer Service! Would never order from this company again. There website if very misleading and they are not customer service oriented at all.

«They sent me a notebook cooler an open box that looks like ergostand r9-​nbs-​4uak, in the box. However it is missing 2 usb ports and the speed control, the speed control being what I really needed. After weeks of sending tech support pictures showing them the areas where the missing usb and speed controls are, they tell me they don’t sell what they sent me.
This is after a shipping delay, because they sold a product they didn’t even have in stock. This is the first and last time I ever order from them. Don’t sell stuff don’t you have in stock, and then tell the customer we don’t sell that when you obviously did.

Avoid this store. Products ordered were never received. It is impossible to get a response from customer service via their online status system (which they never responded to) or via telephone. Finally after days of calling and hours on the phone I finally talked with someone that informed that the item I ordered was a weekly special and was only shipped weekly. I explained to her that I ordered it two weeks ago and she then informed me that the item would not be shipped for another two weeks. Plus it would take another 7 — 10 business day (another two weeks) to arrive. A horrible customer service experience. I’ve have asked for a full refund so I wondering how long that will take. Probably will just call my bank instead. Stay away from this business.

I recently upgraded to a «smart-​phone»; the HTC Trophy @ Verizon Wireless. Although it came with charging cables and a car charger, I really wanted a desktop docking station. Searched everywhere — finally found one at
. Not only did they have the docking station — but lots of cool stuff for all kinds of cell phones. I ordered on-​line and had the product in my mailbox in just a couple of days!
I have to admit — their product selection is top notch. Shipping is fabulous and customer service/​follow-​up is outstanding.
Next time you need something for your phone (headset, bluetooth, wall charger, screen protector, etc.) — give them a try.
You will be glad you did!

Cellular Factory sucks because they sent me out a usb plug that was wrong. Not because I ordered wrong, but because their website gave out the wrong information. I basically entered the code of my camera brand and they sent me some random plug. When I called they let me know its not possible to order the cable for my particular model of Kodak camera.
Then, the refunded me $ 4.75of the $ 11 I actually paid, and thats why they SUCK!
I love internet shopping, usually never have problems like this.
