Do you care about your instrument?
If you do then you should care about who tunes, repairs, or gives you information about your baby. There’s a difference between someone who can get by and someone who knows instruments. I wouldn’t trust taking my instrument anywhere else. Orlando and his crew are the best and all repairs are done there and overseen by Orlando. You will always get straight answers.

I just had an amazing experience meeting Orlando for the very first time. I have to be very honest with you, I was hesitant because I don’t know what I’m doing I just know that I want my daughter’s clarinet fixed. I came in he greeted me as though we had been long lost friends. He went straight to work was very honest with me and told me nothing was wrong with her clarinet and you can use one small pad if she takes care of it it’ll last for the whole year next year she can get everything repadded. so that is what we did! There is no price gouging there’s no convincing to buy anything it’s all what he thought was best and I was convinced he was making the best choice for my daughter and I. Needless to say I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely a hidden gem! I’m sure you two will leave there feeling as though you were the only person who mattered.

Orlando’s is seriously a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in he greets you with positive energy and gives you a warm welcome. He handles anything from broken instruments to parts and accessories. I took a couple cases to fit some saxophones and without hesitation he welcomed me in. The service is superb and his passion for music just exudes the more and more he talks about it. You can tell a lot about a person by hearing them play, though I have not heard him play, his energy gives me an idea of how his sound would make someone feel. Whether you’re in for a repair of just want to take a peep he’ll welcome you with open chords. :) he’s holding jam sessions beginning the 11^th of April @ 2pm for anyone who wants to unwind and play along with other players beginners are welcome so don’t be intimidated.

Orlando is the best place to have ALL of your Instruments repaired, maintained and purchased. He has the best prices and the best service.
We found Orlando from our son’s first Alto Saxophone. His Saxophone was an Orlando Beginners version. As years went by we ONLY allowed him to maintain the saxophone. As he got better we took a dive into purchasing a Intermediate Level Saxophone.
But the most astonishing thing is that Orlando Castaneda also TEACHES. My son tried out as a Pre-​Freshman for his high school’s Jazz Band. He never played Jazz/​Swing style of music before and in an hour lesson, he has taught him some techniques to be able to make the Jazz Band which HE DID!!! I called up Orlando to let him know that he made the team. Thanks to Orlando as without this 1 hour cram he wouldn’t have made it. We will start doing 30 minute weekly private lessons with Orlando for the summer.
There’s nothing in the world better than learning how to play an instrument BY the instrument FOUNDER!!!

What a great find! I hardly write any reviews and this is an exception. Orlando knows his stuff about instruments. I came in with my wife to purchase a violin and he took the time to explain how it works and what to look for in an instrument. What a great guy! He also gives back to the community and provides free Jazz lessons on Saturdays to young kids. His price was very competitive. Orlando definitely earned my business. He was very cheerful, easy to talk, and knowledgeable. Tell him Paul sent ya!

Music Instrument Sales, Repair, and Lessons.
I love bringing my horns to Orlando’s because the work is done on-​site, quickly, and for a fair price. Knowing that a lot of other music stores have to ship the instruments out for repair, it’s nice to know that there is place which specializes in this type of work.
And while you are there, there are many other wind instruments to try out, including a wide selection of used horns. (Orlando is fond of saying «Bring your mouthpiece!») The store does a lot of business with Spanish Banda groups, so you can find things like Valve Trombones, Alto Horns, and Banda percussion. Which is quite refreshing when so many other music stores deal mostly with electric guitars and basses; although Orlando’s works with those as well.
If you play a wind instrument, Orlando’s is definitely worth checking out.
