I bring my dog here and have no complaints. They are fast and inexpensive. I love their half off vaccine days.

When we came in with a sick puppy who’d just been welcomed into our home 36 hours before, we didn’t know what to expect. Hearing that it wasn’t just worms in her little tummy, but parvovirus and that she had only a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ shot at making it was devastating. But the care, compassion, understanding, and love that every single staff member (from desk staff, to technicians, to the vets themselves) showed us and our little Peanut was simply amazing. We really couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help us out in an incredibly difficult situation. Thank you!

For the last 5-​years I have had the pleasure of calling Randall Road Animal Hospital my preferred destination to take my furry children. I have a Chocolate Lab and a Puggle who love their repeated visits. The staff there is AWESOME and will bend over backwards to help. The Doctor is great and has a fantastic cage side manner… LOL! I highly recommend this practice.

We like Dr. Paul at Randall Road Animal Hospital so much that I’m writing ANOTHER positive review. My wife just got home from taking in our dog Colby. Didn’t cost as much as I thought it would. Dr. Paul said what was necessary and what wasn’t to save us money… whereas most people would use the opportunity to «sell» you on a bunch of tests and products to make an extra buck off of you. Not Dr. Paul. Great guy and a great vet.

I was referred to Randall Road Animal Hospital from my sister for a second opinion on our very sick dog, Wrigley. I am SO happy I came for that second opinion!!! Dr. Paul was amazing and I am so thankful he went above and beyond the norm to find out what was really going on with our dog. The staff is amazing. The prices were so fair and reasonable. Overall, every aspect of our experience with Randall Road was absolutely amazing. I rarely write reviews and felt obligated to say what an amazing job this place was! Great job Dr. Paul to you and your entire team! Keep up the fabulous work :)

I just started bringing in my new puppy Peach that came in with a broken leg and they have always treated her like a princess. We feel very welcomed when we come and setting up appts. Are super easy, I have now started to bring my eldest dog as well and we are very happy with the services and the staff.

I’ve been taking our pups here for a couple of years. Recently our Chihuahua developed congestive heart failure. We weren’t sure he would make it. Dr. Paul and his awesome staff never gave up on Rico. I totally give them credit for why we still have our precious pup. Dr. Paul even called us on his day off to check on how Rico was doing. The prices are awesome and they give 110% towards your pet. I’m so thankful for this animal hospital.

I love Randall Road, we had switched over to them a few years ago and could not be happier. The doctors and employees are all wonderful, they know our pets by name and are always available to talk through issues we may be having. The employees all know our pup Jameson by name and give us great service. We had another vet tell us we needed a 3K surgery for one of our cats, Dr Paul talked us through options and wound up finding a solution that only cost $ 50 and our cat has been happy and healthy for over 2 years now. The personal service this establishment offers is unmatched. I would recommend Randall Road to anyone looking for a cost effective, friendly, helpful animal hospital.

Great dental special ! My 3 pets daisy, scout & cookie all got their teeth cleaned. Finally a place I can afford! They were very gentle with my fur babies

Love this animal hospital — the employees are always very cheerful and helpful and they’re always so excited to see your furry friend walk in the door! They seem to love my dog as much as I do! Getting an appointment is always very easy and they can get you in quickly!
½ price vaccines on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are also a plus!

Go somewhere that cares, it’s not worth your pets life to save a buck. Disgusted with our treatment, given 4 different stories as to why our 10 month old puppy passed away not long after a surgery Randall Road AH performed. Tried on numerous occasions to get ahold of office manager only to be skated and not have our calls returned. When she finally did get back to us she had an awful attitude. Long story short, if you want an establishment that DOES NOT CARE, this is the place for you! This is a cut-​rate animal hospital and it shows. Horrible service, very unprofessional and frankly, it doesn’t seem like they know what they’re talking about. If I had a customer that thought I did wrong, I would do everything in my power to fix that. However they received payment, and instantly didn’t have any interest in us or our concerns. I will be sure to spread the word about this DUMP. Cheap pricing, but you get what you pay for.

Walked in as a first time customer, realized I made my appointment at the location in Crystal Lake. Staff was willing to take care of me at location I was at… very friendly and patient staff. will be going back in 3 weeks

Love this place. The staff is super friendly and patient. They always answer my questions even when we were only seeing Dr Paul about our cats and thinking about adopting a puppy. I was able to call and get feedback before we adopted the right puppy for our family.
Dr Paul is very nice and makes sure he takes his time to answer any questions you may have. Their prices are excellent too!

Outstanding service and extremely clean. Prices are better than any other Vet that we’ve been to. I was extremely pleased with everything about this place. Dr. Paul is one of a kind. He helped me through the death of my cat and was extremely compassionate. The entire staff sent a signed card to us as well with little messages. They aren’t trying to up-​sell everything like other vet offices do. They were simply great.
