Starbucks

Seriously do they EVER have any of the baked goods featured on their drive thru menu? At least take those items down if you are going to be running out of them by 1 pm. Are the staff eating up most of the merchandise?

UPDATE: Once again I stopped by in for a drink. This time when it was handed to me my frappuccino was like milk. Very runny so I returned it. The gentleman who made it opened the cup and put it back in the blender added more ice to it and blended it up. He put what would fit in the glass and poured the rest down the drain along with half of the coffee that was needed to make the drink taste the way it should. The gentleman had buzzed dark hair with facial hair. I will be calling the manager about him.
I will have to say this used to be my favorite Starbucks. Now I very seldom stop there. Since all the regular servers either left or were let go my drink is never right. Why should I keep paying almost $ 5 for a drink that is wrong?

For such a high volume drive thru store– they do a amazing job! Friendly staff, willing to right any wrongs, and a speedy as possible (which we all know is essential in a Starbucks) They hold themselves to a high standard and still maintain good relationships with regulars even though they are a chain coffee shop. Pretty cool.

Absolutely delightful staff! I absolutely love going there and go out of my way sometimes just to go to this location! Dawn is especially fantastic! A+++++

At the drive thru I ordered a green tea frapp this morning and wasn’t expecting whipped cream on it but they put it on anyways. The other places I’ve gone to always ask if I want on. I told the girl I didn’t ask for whipped cream she said no problem she’d fix it. Right in front of me she took off the dome cap and with it scrapped off the whipped cream… took her a few attempts to do it. I couldn’t believe she was doing that in front of me. Even her coworker stared at her and then he noticed that I was staring at her the same way so he turned away. She put on a flat top and handed it back to me. Eww. There was still whipped cream on it and I didn’t feel like drinking that anymore.

After running late this morning — I had to either stop here or not have any caffeine. It was 6am so I opted with getting Starbucks.
I ordered a latte and was given a black coffee but of course didn’t notice til I got to work. On my break I decided to go back because I wasn’t satisfied with «my» beverage.
When I went back the staff was like oh yeah we realized we messed that up — we will remake it. Didn’t give me a larger size, never said sorry, no free drink card for my inconvenience.
Next time I’ll opt for the dunkin donuts down the street. Don’t waste your time at this location.

I have to say this is the worst Starbucks. I never have a problem with any other Starbucks location except for this one. It takes forever in the drive thru. If there are cars in the drive thru, expect at least a 20 minute wait. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve waited all that time and then get home to find out I’ve been given the wrong drink and then had to go back again. This has happened on numerous occasions. They have at times, run out of the syrup used to make my drink. How would this even happen? Bad management apparently. The drinks are very weak unless you specifically tell them how many pumps of syrup to use. Apparently they train all their employees this way because if you don’t tell them, expect a flavorless drink. On occasion, I’ve gone back just to see if the service has changed and they didn’t disappoint — still lousy. At least they are consistent at being lousy. Be forewarned about going to this Starbucks! If you want to be disappointed, then this is the place to go.

Out of all the Starbucks I have been to this one is the worst. The employees are not as friendly as the other ones. The drinks are good but they can never get the order right. I had to call and complain a few times because my order was wrong.

I’m a regular — really regular — actually they know me by order :) as I am pretty consistent in my ordering. my only complaint is some try too hard to be quirky that it is actually annoying — sometimes you just want to order and not have a this weird ‘dialog’ through the order box — it happens more at this location than others I frequent — but I have never had a bad drink, place is always clean, quick and friendly — Its my place!!!

Had a FREE VENTI Coffee Frappuccino with coconut milk and the barista gave me another one for free

I go to this Starbucks 6 out of 7 days a week. I LOVE all the staff. I used to see the same people all the time but now seems like different people everyday. This normally would bother me but I have to say all the staff is so friendly and always always get my order right. Thank you Barista’s for starting my day off wonderfully.

Went to this location with my two buds over a year ago… They didn’t know how to blend a Naked juice with ice. Returned to see if they figured it out. They hadn’t.

Normal Starbucks. Normal drinks.
My kids have an unhealthy obsession with Starbucks and we occasionally give in to their pleas.
I can’t really say much else — we ordered drinks, we got our drinks. I did not like the Peppermint Mocha latte. It tasted burnt and bitter. It got dumped. Next time I know to order something else.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks where the drive up is very popular. I like to go inside where the friendly baristas know my name and the service is a little faster, nice! This location doesn’t have the clover machine so the exotic coffee choices are not here but hopefully soon. The Café has been remodeled to the new Starbucks look with a large conference table and power outlets everywhere.

It was just a normal Starbucks, until my friend ordered a naked juice blended with ice… And they didn’t know how to make it. It’s a naked juice, blended with ice… Seriously?

Love that they have a drive through, and their baristas are always friendly and quick with orders.

This one has always been good to me. I don’t get the death stare for saying I want a large. I’m pretty easy to please.

They are very quick. Even at peak hours, I don’t sit in line for that long. And the baristas always seem sincerely nice.
