Sizzler

Last night we came to this location for our nephews graduation dinner. There was 20 of us and Morgan took great care of all of us. We had many all you can eat shrimp eaters, and she was on top of it. Drinks filled at all times. My Malibu chicken was great! Will drive the extra miles because it had better food and service than the one closest to us.

Nice décor and no waiting! Only adults having lunch and thank goodness no screaming kids or undesirables. Had a coupon for $ 7.99 6 oz sirloin with 2 sides. Asked for them to NOT season my meat which worked out very well. I had baked and side salad which were tasty and nicely proportioned. Overall a Good experience and value. Will definitely return to this location. It’s new and clean which cant be said for some of the other locations in the valley.

Second time here… first time i got foòd poisoning, so hopig to give them another try… this time was far far worse i paid 20bucks for a 6oz sirlon with AYCE shrimp and mash… steak was horrible, friend shrimp taste frozen and im not even sure there was shrimp in there… salad bar was pretty normal, nothing tò special bout it fruits are something to aim for.
They dont really clean the salad bar too much food particles are spread throughout. Saw kids reach for food on salad bar with their hands. All in all second time was a bit too much. Def worth trying once. Not sure bout twice.
Rolls were good nothing to special the cinn butter taste like a ball of chemicals. Not real butter marginine or solidified clarified butter.

Good average food and a nice, casual atmosphere. Free refills and dessert is a bonus, but the dessert isn’t great. Satisfactory for the kids :).
I would come back for a family night, but not for a date night.
The service was friendly.

It must have been an off night. Normally this place is pretty good. But tonight was another story. My steak, though cooked correctly, was cold when I finally got it. My wife’s side was wrong. I had to remind the waitress I’d ordered the unlimited shrimp. Not our best experience at this place.

Normally I order the classic trio with hibachi chicken instead of Malibu chicken. They always tell me it will cost $ 1.00 extra. This time the manager told me it would be $ 3.50 to change it. That is a ridiculous amount especially because the price difference on the menu is on $ 1.00.

We love this location. For the value you just can’t beat it. Tonight we went in and they messed up a couple of things. Jimmy the manager made sure he made it up to us and Brooklyn our waitress was very attentive. It turned out to be a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Good salad bar. Steaks are also pretty good for what it is. Love the steak and giant shrimp platter. And sometimes I just come here for just a salad bar. Perfect bar with variety of salad dishes. They also always have clam chowder soup at the salad bar which is one of my favorite soup.

Went here because of their $ 9.99 steak and all you can eat salad bar. I was quite surprised and impressed on the quality of food. Its been years since I last ate at a Sizzler. I had low expectations. But I think they have stepped up their game a bit. Aside from the cheese toast, they now have dinner rolls. These reminded me a lot of Texas Roadhouse rolls. Sweet and freshly baked and they give you a butter cinnamon cream. The steak was actually decent. The clam chowder was good. Nice variety of salads and fruits. Yeah — I am very impressed. I give this location 3.5 stars because its clean and their fixtures are not outdated. I am not a food snob and I applaud their effort.

They’re across from the theatre and looked dead after our movie. I hadn’t been to a Sizzler for a really long time, so we figured, «eh, why not?»
Here’s why not: the food is not good. Not. Good.
We got the salad bar (cause it’s hard to go wrong with a salad) but it was a total bust. They have as many nasty, wilted, mayonnaise-​laden prepared salads as fresh ingredients. The hot food was hours old with a crusty skin on the cheese sauce and beans at the taco station. The overall selection was super small, with very few options. For $ 12.00 I expect more.
Service was poor, too. Our salad bar included a baked potato, but you have to ask the server to bring it to you. I asked three times and… nothing. I ended up having to walk to the service window to fetch it for myself. We got no refills on our drinks, no cheese toast, and had to glean silverware from another table.
I’ve heard people talk about their hot rolls. They’re okay – nowhere near as good as a place like Texas Roadhouse, but not terrible. They taste like a Rhodes frozen roll. But the cinnamon honey «butter?» Just… no. It was the most chemical-​tasting margarine I’ve ever had. Skip it for sure! It makes a fair-​tasting dinner roll disgusting.
The veggie beef soup was good. If you’re forced to eat their salad bar, fill up on it.
But I’m hoping that won’t be a requirement for me cause I have no intention of returning.
Two stars for cleanliness, convenient location, and an okay soup.

Great rolls great, cheese toast, awesome service and fantastic fish n baked potato. Best friend enjoyed the salad bar. WE come here everytime we hit a movie. Great little tradition. Newer décor. Clean. Bathrooms well maintained.

They’ve improved quite a bit! Am happy to report that management, service, display and all other facets are excellent. Thank you to ALL the staff of Sizzler for making my night great!

Sizzler is the original all you can eat salad bar, with occasional specials on their other standard fare. I remember going to Sizzler over 25 years ago for the various family get together.
Their salad bar has been consistent throughout the years. the veggies are always fresh. They always seem to have staff attending to the bar to try and keep it cleaned up, even during heavy crowds.
If a good quality salad bar is what you’re looking for, Sizzler may be the place for you.

«I told you so». I was just waiting for my wife to say it as we drove away this evening. I loved sizzler as a kid. It’s been over 20 years and we decided to give it a go. I don’t remember the menu on the walls or the people standing in front of them so you couldn’t see what you wanted to order before you even sit down. I ordered the 10 oz rib eye and salad bar. My wife ordered the Malibu chicken.
The food was horrible. Plain and simple. The steak was just bad. I tried to cover up the tastelessness with salt and steak sauce. Didn’t help. I came to eat a steak. Not salt and steak sauce. (I do give a five star for the salt). I’m still in a really bad mood because of it. My daughter is crying in her room right now because she cut her hair too short today. I should feel bad for her, but i don’t. I blame that on you tonight Sizzler. Not cool.

The food here is amazing… Probably better than most of the sizzlers around. Except one thing… The waiters and waitresses. They ask you 500 questions when ordering your food… I mean yes it’s standard but… Use some common sense. I guess they’re supposed to ask if you want cheese and or bacon on the side… I got fries… And she still asked me. I also waited about ten minutes to get my drink refilled… And I had to ask. Not to mention that she acted a bit annoyed when I asked her… :-/

I have eaten here a few other times at this location and its always before a movie. I like that it is right across the street from the Megaplex.
This last visit was for the same as above, stopped by to grab a steak before a movie.
Sizzler is fairly consistent, I get a good tasting steak cooked how I like it. Very rarely is there an issue with the quality of the food and it’s fairly priced. In my book that’s a winning combination.
Sure, if I’m going for a meal to really knock my socks off I’ll go elsewhere but more often than not its nice to get a good meal for a good price.

Her name is Kaley. She made my sizzling experience. She is so hott. Whenever you hit up the sizz in sojo make sure you ask for the waitress name Kaley. She will rock it. The food is mediocre. The atmosphere is dull, but it has the best damn service i have ever recieved. It is equal to feeling like a king in the middle ages or a Pharoah in olden Egyptian times. My main question is… Is she taken?

I’d never been to a Sizzler before, and really had no true idea what to expect. This just turned out to be conveniently located and didn’t look too busy — which is what we were looking for since we had tickets for a movie and needed something quick to eat.
I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised overall. First impressions almost put me off though because you don’t order at the table, rather it’s done in line. Sure this is no fancy restaurant, but that for me was off putting and since the line was short we had no time to really consider the menu. The upside is, the menu isn’t overly long (or exciting for that matter) — but it is what it is, and what they do have seems to be good.
After ordering and being seated, we received some pretty decent bread rolls with cinnamon butter, and the food we ordered was not too far behind. I had the chicken and ribs with fries, really nothing to complain about here. My wife had a steak and baked potato. It was not bad, and the mushrooms that came with it were really good.
I don’t know if all Sizzler’s are like this one, but inside it is actually quite nicely decorated and furnished. The service was good too for what it is.
I definitely think we will return at some point in the future.

Sizzler is what it is. I don’t expect much but this was my first time coming to this location at the district. The restaurant looks super clean and new. Definitely a lot nicer than the sugarhouse location I’m used to.
We came during lunch time and it was empty and service was great. We also seem to find a coupon or deal for a $ 10 steak and salad bar which is great. Salad bar is definitely where it’s at. You can have nachos, taco salad, soup, chicken wings, pasta. Oh and also salad, can’t forget that.

This is the fanciest Sizzler I’ve ever been to. If you love Sizzler (and I soooo do) then you will be impressed. Instead of cheesy bread, you get delicious fresh-​baked rolls with cinnamon butter. You can still ask for the cheesy bread but why would you? Fresh rolls!
The salad bar is the exact same stuff from every other Sizzler, but it looks prettier. Service has been very good and we haven’t ever had a problem with seating but we come at off-​peak times. I think that’s the key with this location.
