Absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for years and I will only trust them to do my hair! I got Suzanne this time, she owns the salon. She really took the time to talk to me about how I wanted to color my hair. I ended up doing something completely different and it turned out amazing! She was really excited and you could tell how much she loves what she does! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

i had a terrible experience at this overpriced spa! waxing was more than double what you pay anywhere else, and she didn’t even let me look in the mirror when she was done or get the stray hairs with tweezers. customer service was also abysmal. the woman at the desk was on the computer and made me stand there for several minutes before she said hello. they took me in late and then rushed me out to get to the client after me. i will not be back and i would never recommend.

1– Service: I have been to Spa Mosaic for waxing and facials a few times. They have done a fantastic job with both.
2– Staff: Professional staff at the front desk and fantastic aestheticians.
3– Environment: Relaxing
I will definitely go back and would strongly recommend this place.

Hands down the best manicure/​pedicure experience you’ll have in South County. The spa offers a full range of services as well. They are a full Aveda salon.
The area where mani/​pedis are done is clean and welcoming. Entire staff is pleasant. I chose a dark blue OPI color for my toes, and color stayed perfect for weeks after my pedicure. It’s on the pricier side compared to other nail salons in the area, but you are definitely getting what you pay for here. Which is excellent service, experience, and ambience.

I have my hair done every two weeks with Amber. She is awesome! Always analyzing the color and texture of my hair to be sure it looks great. Will adjust the color, the product, etc. Although I love the smell of Aveda products, finding other products that work better for my hair. Reception staff are super friendly. Like the new look of reception and placement of the desk. Some times a bit loud and hectic, but that is probably just me. I absolutely love salons where I can grab a bit of quiet time.

I have been going to Spa Mosaic for many years now. I am always treated beautifully and I always leave gorgeous! They have a full range of services from natural hair color to pedicures, manicures, massages and facials. Spa Mosaics rooms are serene and relaxing and the staff is delightful by always making you feel special.
Spa Mosaic is a wonderful resource for anyone who wants to spoil themselves on a regular basis! I would highly recommend them!

Spa Mosaic is a great salon/​spa. I have only had my nails done, but am excited to try other services. I just had Isabelle– she was great. I like a little nail art, but didn’t think it was possible for shellac polish. I asked if I could have a different color polish, one with some glitter, on my ring finger. Isabelle topped that by getting some actual glitter and adding it to my nail. She went out of her way to do this and it was greatly appreciated.
Other than that, great ambiance, super friendly staff, and who doesn’t love the aroma of Aveda???

The receptionists are pleasant, the place is always bustling with clients and they always smile! Love this place. The massaging recliner at the washing station and the hot towel treatment is a dream! Highly recommend.

This place was comfortable and the staff was very hospitable and friendly. I also got a glass of wine out of the deal, which increased my opinion of the place. I paid $ 60 + tip for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure started chipping less than 48 hours later. The pedicure lasted longer, though it began to chip sooner than most pedicures. The facility was extremely comfortable, with the exception of my pedicure chair, which wasn’t working — I couldn’t move my seat back, so my legs had to be bent at 90 degree angle for most of my pedicure.

Totally friendly staff. I had a bikini wax with Randi L. The room was peaceful — dim lighting, nature sounds. She was friendly and made me feel entirely comfortable (provided disposable panties). She explained everything that she was doing as she did it. After the waxing, she smoothed on oil and a eucalyptus lotion that is really cool and soothing. Thanks. Awesome. I had a massage appointment with Randi Lancellotti this past week and loved it. Randi (Esthetician) was professional, kind and amazing at what she did! I have had a few massages at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa– all of them were good, but I didn’t know terrific service until I came to Spa Mosaic. I had the Caribbean Massage, which was phenomenal. From start to finish my experience was amazing.
I loved my spa service so much I decided to schedule a much needed hair (cut/​color) with anybody available. I was scheduled with Sara Lewis, and from the beginning I loved her. She had cute style and great hair! I myself work at a salon where I am from (I am an out of state student attending URI) so I am more picky than most customers, but Sara gave me a wonderful consultation and formulated a perfect color. I articulated that I wanted permanent on my roots, and demi on the ends, and she formulated 2 colors to accommodate my request, then gave me one of the best hair cuts I have ever had. Through the whole service she let me know what she was using product wise which was awesome as well! She’s very talented and I would thoroughly recommend her!
I have NOTIHNG bad to say about this Salon/​Spa. Absolutely the BEST salon and spa visit I have ever had. Well done guys, you have a great crew!

Visited Spa Mosaic to get a manicure as a treat for my mother and me. The overall experience was fantastic thanks specifically to Alyssa who did our nails. She was just delightful, very personable.

Spa Mosaic is an Aveda products spa in South County Commons. The ambiance is nice, and the staff was really friendly. I was able to walk in and get a pedicure. The pedicure was really relaxing, and I left smelling like Aveda lotions which was a plus. Unfortunately the pedicure didn’t last very long-​? one week. I would probably go to Spa Mosaic again though, just because it was a very pleasant experience.
