I really enjoy living here! You could never be bored here always some place to walk or some place to check out!

Lived here for 5 years.
Walking distance to everything: I used to call this the «Stepford Wives Community» as everything looked pristine, perfect, and had just about everything. The only 2 things missing were a gas station and a liquor store. The rest is at your fingertips.
Snow? No problem: the maintenance guys are out there first thing in the morning, clearing parking lots, and will help you dig your car out if necessary.
The one negative (and reason I gave this 4 stars) is that the rent is VERY pricey. 2 bedrooms start at the very minimum $ 1,400 a month.
With that said, you can expect maintenance to be prompt, the front desk courteous, and the pool/​gym area under-​crowded, which makes the pill a bit easier to swallow.

Restauarants including Applebees, Shogun (awesome sushi and teppanyaki style cooking), Tratorria Romana.
Coffe shop.
World Gym.
Hair salon and day spa.
Shopping.
8 screen movie theater.
All less than 6 years old. Clean. Well though out and nice looking.
We go for the moveis and the restaurants but it would be a great place to live.

This commercial plaza, rental community, condo community and assisted living community is a gem in South County. I have been living here for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. We are all walking distance to so much in the plaza and with all this snow this year it has been great. Come see for yourself. This is a luxurious place for renters in my opinion. We have a movie theater, a gym, barrista, nails, hair, restaurants, clothing, spa, hotel, pool, daycare, 10 minute drive to the beach and a preserve full of beautiful deer out our back window.
