I would love to say wonderful things about this place but… I’ve stopped by twice and both times this place has been closed. I’m sure it’s good but if you decide to make up your own hours that contradict the actual set store hours it’s beyond rude and inconvenient. Thumbs down.

There hours are more figurative than literal. It says open daily until 9pm. We arrived at 8:20pm and they were closed.

West Sacramento, CA
Went here when family went to Tahoe for vacation. We were by the lake, and saw this store. Bad customer service. Brought in like 7 or 8 kids, my nieces and nephews, and this lady in the store is pissed that the store is crowded. You can see it at the look on her face as she didn’t welcome our group, as if she didn’t want customers. She wasn’t nice also when the kids were choosing the flavors, you can hear it from her tone. My nieces and nephews were behaved and polite, and were not even loud so i don’t know why she gave us that attitude. As for the gelato, I loved the chocolate. It’s so creamy. But the mint chocolate chip is too «minty», as in it tasted like toothpaste.

Never had a gelato this good. If I live in Tahoe, i’ll probably come here three times a day! Its really great although its location is really almost unnoticeable. Parking sucks cause its in the marina, but all in all, the gelato itself is more than perfect specially on a hot summer day!

My brother and I enjoyed our first trip here so much we came back the next day. Definitely try and hit it up in the early afternoon. The girl working then is super happy and helpful and will let you sample things and then give you great suggestions for combos. First time around I got the caramel swirl and vanilla bean. Day 2, strawberry cheesecake (which was incredible). They also validate your parking, so it’s almost like it pays for itself!

The gelato was amazing. I got the butter pecan. But the customer service was non existent and when I asked if the sea salt caramel had chocolate in it (I hate chocolate) the woman replied «just try it» So I did. There was chocolate in it. Spit it out on the flat spoon which was very awkward. No apology from the lady. Maybe the employees don’t know the ingredients?
My boyfriend then proceeded to order without much engagement from the woman.
Awkward to say the least and everyone else we’ve encountered in Tahoe has been great. Disappointing.

Tasted pretty good, but service is horrible. Discriminated by Ashley! Better train employee to treat every customer equally. We are on vacation so I don’t want to make an issue.

Got gelato here after nice time on the beach. They have a wide variety of flavors you can choose from. They let you sample whatever flavors you like. Highly recommend the Mango and the banana caramel. Location is not great, it’s kind of hidden in the shopping center. Seating is on the outside. Pricing is fair, there’s only two sizes. Get the grande cup because it’s only a dollar more and almost twice the size. The ladies that work there are friendly but their service is nothing spectacular. The service here is like a, what do you want, versus a hey how’s your day how can I help you. All in all, this place is a great treat on a warm summer day.

Came across this place when my gf and i visted our timeshare. The guy working (owner possibly) was very nice and was more than happy to let us sample as many flavors as we wanted (only tired two) he even let our dog come inside so the one holding him could sample. Before going in i was hoping they had a nutella flavor since the gelato place back home has one, but they did have a hazlenut flavor that was very good. Also my gf got maracuya (passionfruit) and jt was just like we get in peru

Delicious Gelato joint in the Marina next to Riva Grill. It’s the perfect way to cool down on a warm summer day, take it togo and enjoy on the beach.
