I contacted this company to address a possible bat issue at my vacation home. Initially I had a nice conversation with person setting up appointment. I wasn’t positive it was a bat issue, but they still offered to send out an inspector to check it out. She also mentioned to me bats are protected and I missed a window of dealing with bats by a few days. I also said I wasn’t even positive they were bats but they assured me if they were bats they could at least deal with the issue in the spring of 2015. I was fine with that and was looking forward to the inspection. After 2 weeks I call them to ask why the inspector never came out and they say he was stung by bees. I was fine with that, but nobody clever called me to reschedule and even tell me that. The follow up with this company is terrible. Apparently the inspection was eventually done, but it took me 4 phone calls to finally get it emailed to me in September 22. After all of this the inspection findings had nothing with the reason I even called them. They were trying to sell me a $ 2900 trench guard rodent prevention. I emailed the inspector Michael and explained in great detail why I contacted them in the first place. I also mentioned I do not have a rodent problem, but I think it may be a bat issue. He told me he was out of town at a training and would get back to me. He never got back to me. After a few weeks I decided to call their office and speak to a manager. I did so late in October and left a message with Anita. She asked if she could help me and I told her brief reason why I was calling. She took the message and said she would give it to her manager. A couple weeks have gone by and no call from anyone. I wasn’t going to leave a bad Unilocal review until I have them a chance to explain everything to me and clear up this confusion. This company deserves a poor rating in my opinion. Not once was I rude or unprofessional when leaving all these messages. Now I’m back to the same place I was back in August when I first called them.

After their guy showed up 30 min late. He was very polite and knowledged. Explained to me about our issues and how to control it before it got out of hand. I just wish someone had called me to let me know he was going to be late.
