The owner went out of his way to make things better. I appreciate that attitude! I think there was a misunderstanding between us and Dan took the time to discuss it and made sincere effort to fix the problems.

Do not use this place, even if they are your only option. Had them out to spray for ants, they spent all of 5 minutes spraying charged $ 150. A month later the ants were back & they wanted to charge us $ 400 to come back out and spray. The woman we spoke to was abrasive, condescending and rude. Not worth your time to even call to inquire about their service as it is non-​existent.

This guys rebuttal to Dave D post is one lie after another. The first bill was paid in full. It was the repeat bill that was the problem. We asked for a one time service and they decided to do a monthly service to get more money that we did not agree to. Since they turned us into a collection agency we still had to pay for a service we did not want nor agree to so our credit would not be ruined for a small amount of money. This guy is a liar and if I were you, I would find another company to use to avoid problems with a dishonest person/​company.
