The pharmacist denied a family member much needed medication because she was unhappy with my tone of voice over the phone. Yes, that’s it. I’ve complained to everyone possible and she can just continue operating. Sorry if you’re butt hurt, but that doesn’t give you any right to deny medication.

Was here on vacation on 7÷14÷15. A family member was sick so we needed to buy medicine. The lady evening cashier was rude. Please work on training employees on customer service.

Beware they violate HIPPA rules and do not follow Physicians instructions. They act based on their own misinformed opinions without consulting with the prescribing Physicians. Stay Away!

It’s a small store, minimum selection, unless you want alcohol or make-up. Store employees always seem down. It’s clear that the staff moral is low. The pharmacy is a nightmare. Horrible service and most of the staff and the pharmacist always have a nasty tone and/or attitude. I like the kodak photo kiosks, but they’re not always working.

This place is in total disarray! Wondering what the hell is going on? There are no words.

How can you not have a need for going to this CVS in South Lake Tahoe? Same CVS you can find in other parts of the US. Updated building. Has typical drugstore goods. Maybe a little more expensive.

The only plus about this CVS is their great makeup section. The rest of the store is like a gas station mini mart. The photo department is in bad need of an update. Most of their equipment doesn’t work and when I order photos online they are NEVER ready. Be prepared to get a huge wad of useless coupons for their CVS brand items after your purchase. Parking is plentiful since no one goes there anymore.

CVS has what ya need, not much more, not much less. The best part about this one is that in the chaos of «the Y» business district, it’s an oasis of easy parking and relative tranquility. So when you don’t want to deal with the whole Raley’s complex, and you only need a few essentials, it’s a great stop. The worst part is that it’s a CVS, and they’re obsessed with their over-the-top-pushy rewards program(as opposed to Raley’s, which just offers deals to everyone, no membership card needed), but that’s only a small nuisance. It’s our go-to-spot for photo developing. Decent overall…

Second attempt… this one had the CHASEATM thank goodness but WTF you cannot deposit jack shit into these ATMs… withdrawals only. I was not happy at CHASE for jacking me around in the horrid ice covered roads… why wouldn’t Chase have a branch near the Casinos? Dumb part of them.

This store seems like it is still recovering from the transition from Long’s to CVS. I am still not sure why we need two CVS stores in town but I guess business is good. This store tends not to be as clean, and the parking lot is dirty a lot and I think that has to do with it’s proximity to McDonald’s. There are a few employees here who are not so knowledgeable, but there are other who are great and super friendly. It’s a decent store.
