Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s is everywhere. Including where I’m from. We didn’t want 5 star pizza… Just a basic pizza for a late dinner. We ordered delivery as we’re staying in town for a week. The pizza came fairly quickly… But was literally so disgusting we didn’t eat it. My husband and I both tried to eat a piece and it was just NASTY. I know Domino’s isn’t high class pizza… But this pizza was seriously disgusting… Never again here or at home will only rider Domino’s… Gross!

I ordered 4 pizzas last night during what I would think was the dinner rush. Food came surprisingly fast and was still hot. I haven’t bought from domino’s in years, but now they have my attention.

Ordered pizza on a Thursday night 03/​03/​2016. 2 large one pepperoni and one Hawaiian around $ 25. They didn’t know where the Forest Suite Resort was and had to be given the address. Pizza arrived 35 minutes later (told 25 mins). Driver had no paper plates, napkins, cheese, peppers. Pizza was the worst in a long time. Dry, no sauce. I would advise to order from a local pizza place or get pizza from raley’s and cook it yourself.

Extremely Rude service I was asked to hold then after 10 min I was hung up on! I called back and 15 minutes before closing they said sorry we can’t take your order were closed. Dominos needs better customer service I’ve never had such a bad experience.

So after my last review where I pointed out their TERRIBLE service, someone from management contacted me giving me information on how to speak to someone of higher power. I really appreciated that. I followed their instructions and reached out. I was told I’d hear back in 3 to 10 days. Its now been a month and I haven’t heard anything. I sent another message back to management at Dominos asking for help and recieved no response. This is literally the WORST business I’ve dealt with in South Lake Tahoe, California.

This place is a big mess.
We ordered pickup for pickup before 10pm but when we went thr it was 10… But the old lady was very rude… not only she did not let us in to pickup but also told us they will only do delivery. Delivery is $ 3 extra. What the hell i m standing outside your store in cold but u still want to deliver it. She very rudely asked for address (which i dint remember). She told to get the address and banged the phone.
We called in later to deliver it… this time the person said that we pick the order at the store door. I was like dude i was there sometime ago. now can not come again. He said my order will take 45 mins to deliver. What the hell i m hungry now… n dominoes is saying order is not ready n will take so much time. Ok… good bye.
0 stars for their service. Minus 1 stars to the old lady.
Dominos pizza has lost a customer for ever.

I was very impressed with the quick service when we walked in here. There was probably 12 people working back there on a Saturday night and boy where they hustling! Since we waited for our pizza, they made sure to get it right in. She said 20 mins, we had it in 15 mins. Meatzza Feast pizza was good. Boneless wings– ummm I guess I expected them to be in a sauce but they weren’t. They were like nuggets. Overall for quick easy cheap pizza, this works. Plus they deliver… next time!

Dominos!
Has always been a great place to order pizza from, their usually not late. But like all business we do have our bad days.
Like today when my manager ordered pizza for our coworkers and myself. Instructed Dominos to please deliver at 5pm. When the order was placed at 3pm, so when people started to arrive at 5pm, no pizza has been brought unsure what happen so after 25min, the pizza guy finally arrived with the order «Hey, sorry the delivery guy who was bringing your order had his car break down» I simply said okay, no worries. He gave us (3) medium pizzas, a container of bread bites, and gave us the receipt. But not the order receipt, just the credit card receipt. I had asked him «Is this the order» I was calling my manager to see what she ordered. She replied (3) Med. Pizza, breadbites, and a 2 ltr. Bottle of Soda.
After 15min I had called Dominos «Hi, im calling just inform you that our order was not complete we didnt receive the soda» is there a way we could possible get a credit refund, or something” after numerous times telling the young guy on the phone. What we ordered! Who ordered! Where it was ordered to. I could tell by the way he sounded, he might have been thinking like I was trying to get free food. All I was trying to do was inform him that our ordered hadnt been completed. He tells me okay, we are sending a driver with it. Okay! Thank you.
The driver arrived, 15min later walks in slams the 2ltr down and said «Heres your soda» with an aggressive look on his face. Staring at me, like he had something against me. Is it my fault they messed up? Why the driver have a bad look on his face.

As stated, this Dominoes is the BEST! the food, the timing, the «guys» behind everything, it is, from a 55 year resident of Tahoe, the one consistent Pizza to order. on time, correct, pleasant, all the things you would want. I’ve never had a bad or even unpleasant interaction with Dominoes at Edgewood. I commend and thank them for their hard work. PS, as a former food industry worker, tip well, they deserve what they sometimes put up with! Also, rain or snow or traffic issues never seem to affect their efficiency or friendliness. They always deliver Ipun intended)

thin crust is awesome, ordering so easy and it’s great pizza with delivery, best value around.

Been trying to order a pizza for a half hour. The guy keeps telling me to hold and then hangs up on me. I called again and before he could tell me to hold again I told him what was happening and he responds «I’m the only one in the store so deal with it buddy!» Their shitty pizza is bad enough but the shitty customer service is downright intolerable. Don’t worry I won’t be calling back.

Ordered a pizza the other night at 11:00 pm. I called and the guy on the other line knew my full name which I thought was very creepy. I am a local so maybe he had caller ID or something.
Anyways, he proceeded to tell me they are still delivering until midnight.
So I ordered my food and waited… And waited…
Come 3:00 in the morning they did not show up. They did not give me a call and wouldn’t not answer their phone. I honestly am appalled that they forgot or just decided not to come deliver it to the house. If there was any sort of problem with the address; he knew exactly who I was and has my phone number! I would hope they would call me the next morning apologizing but no, nothing. This is usually my go to place to call when I don’t want to drive anywhere.

Put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up the phone.
When I called back they told me to order online.
When I asked to be compensated for my time with some free marinara sauce to go with the pizza they said I would need to pay extra.
Fuck this place. I will be steering all business possible away from this establishment. Learn to take care of your customers you donkeys.

What has happened to customer service in tahoe!!! It used to be if an employee made a mistake it would be corrected promptly and efficiently. They gave me the wrong pizza and after I called they said my next one is free. I called to get it and they had no record. Then I ask if they would honor the free pizza after I described the attendant. They finally said yes and ask me what kind of pizza I wanted. I asked for a supreme and the manager said I can only have 3 toppings and it would be ready in 20 min. I was never asked delivery or pick up. An hour later I call to see where the pizza was and they said it has been waiting on me to pick it up. They then offered to deliver it and I ask if it would be fresh. They said they would make me a fresh one if a came to pick it up. Customer service at this location has got WAY DOWN HILL! can’t believe pizza hut is where my money will go! Never ordering from dominoes AGAIN! And they skimp on the toppings!!!

Dominos has been there for me on evenings when Pizza Hut has failed me. (closing early, no delivery, busy nights, etc.) I should say no but sometimes I just have to give in. And I don’t regret it one bit! Thanks for satisfying my cravings. And for that I thank you Domino’s. LOL

Never enough sauce on the pizza it’s never cooked right but I guess it’s what you can expect from dominos this one is by far the worse I’ve ever had but it’s cheap and they deliver

like every Domino’s

My husband arrived to Tahoe pretty late in the evening. We found out this place delivered and was open ’til 1. I called and unfortunately they did not do delivery for where we were staying. We were so hungry we decided to drive to this location. When we arrived, we learned they were closed in store at 10pm but deliver until 1am. The manager remembered me calling and was so kind to allow us to order. The customer service here was beyond amazing that it doesn’t even matter if our food tasted good or not. I’m just happy to fill my stomach after the long drive!

We ordered 2 large at the last minute because someone had taken our bbq stuff from the place we’re staying at. The guy on the phone said after taking our order that it would be 45 to maybe an hour. I was in the parking lot when I seen the delivery truck pull up. I asked if it was ours. She checked and it was ours. They came so fast I was surprised and the kids were happy happy happy. I thanked and tiped the delivery woman and we ate. Then we noticed the cheese and pepper shakers. What a surprise again. Thanks to the Domino’s team. You made our night.

Pizza was delivered and the bottom of the pizza was wet it was not hot either and no crushed red peppers the delivery man said it would cost a dollar extra
