Heard about this place on & printed out a coupon for $ 20.00 worth of stuff for $ 10.00. We stopped in on our way back to the bay & picked up a little more than the formentioned amount. It is a nice looking place with a friendly woman who owns it & who I assume is her husband; they are very friendly & will answer your questions. They have good sandwichews like the ham & havardi on a bagette with tender ham, nutty havarti, & a fresh begette; wonderful on the way bhome. The black & white brownie is moist & chewy & nothing there is too sweet. The apple turnover has wonderful ribbins of frosting & real apples, not a paste or perray like at Safeway. The tomato fucacca is wonderful with not too thick or thin bread with fresh tomatos. The blueberry & orange cranberry breads are moist with wonderful amounts of formentioned ingreedients & a wonderful lite glaze over the top; these are also avalable in muffins which I will try next time. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are chewy & moist with generous amounts of rasins & chocolate chips. The almond cressant is flaky & buttery with the right amount of marzapan. The three cheese fuccaca is savery with cheddar, mozerella, & parmasan. For non locals like us, it is tucked away in a shopping center & needs a bigger sign. So, for excellent sandwiches & baked goods at reasonable prices, River Pine cannot be beat. Keep up the good work guys.
