I’ve been using Apollo Plumbing exclusively now for the past six years. I imagine there are other good local plumbers, but I’ll never need to worry about finding one because Apollo has always been top notch. I just had the misfortune to need there services again as a result of a burst pipe. This time Lenny came over to fix it and like others from Apollo he was professional, courteous, and was able to explain exactly what happened and how he needs to fix it. Kudos to Apollo for finding, training, and maintaining such a good staff. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. And now I can go back to enjoying modern conveniences, –like running water…

I have used apollo several times they have never been on time they have done good work but recently I made an appointment and missed work to have the work done after speaking with one of their techs I prepared everything they asked for they called 45 minutes late said they were running late and then they never showed up they did ask me to reschedule but you can gamble on them I never will again

You can depend on this company to take care of you honestly and quickly. As a referral from a respected friend, I felt comfortable with the initial contact and it continued to grow as my projects increased. Suddenly several plumbing repairs and replacements were needed for large projects at my house. Their bids were fair, and they were really efficient with ordering and installing, minimal disruption during the down time.

I had them install new furnace and duct repair and was very pleased with their customer service. Rates were good and their opened on Saturday, highly recommend.

Dealing with this company was incredible. From the quickness of getting an appointment to Andy’s professionalism, it deserves the 5 stars.
We are thoroughly impressed and satisfied. We will definitely use them again, when necessary.

Customer Service? what customer service? We had a hot heater that was not working and was given Apollo as a highly recommended company. We live about 3 hours from Tahoe so had to travel to meet them at the house, we went there and the day of the appointment, they said they weren’t coming. OK… not happy, but things happen. They finally came out, the technition and the person that answered the phone were told this was home warrant work, Apollo said they could fix it, would fix it, etc… but after much back fourth and telling us they would order the part… they said no, they would not work with the home warranty company but if we wanted to pay them directly they would fix it. Why didn’t they tell us up front they didn’t do home warranty work, all they needed to do was call the home warranty company and describe what needed to be done. Would never recommend Apollo.

Just had Andy come by and, aside from being a dead-​on John Krasinski lookalike, was probably the most personable plumber we’ve dealt with. He explained exactly what he was doing and did full tests to make sure everything functioned properly.
Andy did a great job on our repair, and was a smart man to pick up a replacement disposer *before* coming to the job instead of wasting 2 hours of everyone’s time going back and forth to the supply shop.
Apollo’s back office team also seem good, calling to verify our appointment and calling the day of to ensure we were around. Courtesy, which admittedly is the norm here in Tahoe, was great.
