Never again will I go to this establishment. I do NOT recommend these cleaners. I dropped table cloths and backdrops for cleaning that I use for my marketing business and it was a disaster. Yes, they were cleaned in a timely fashion but the table cloths were still dirty and the backdrop was shrunk so much that it will no longer fit the frame that it is displayed with. Not only did they screw me there, I paid nearly $ 200 dollars for the cleaning. If I wasn’t so busy I would of utilized a laundromat. Do yourself a favor and DONOT waste your money here. It was if the machines they were using were from the early 1900s… place sucks.

Despite the other reviews. I’ve always been really satisfied with them. I always get my jeans hemmed from Tahoe cleaners and just recently I brought a pair of jeans in with a broken zipper and the gentleman that works there fixed the zipper right in front of me free of charge and told me that if I should have another problem then bring the jeans back and he will put a new zipper on if need be. But it was very generous that he saw he could fix the damaged zipper right then and there which saved me time and money. They also have dog treats for dogs, which I personally ADORE a business that caters to animals :)

I brought in two clean shirts to be pressed here before my wedding. One was a brand new shirt from Thomas Pink. They both returned with spots all over the back. I was very disappointed, to say the least.

The worst drycleaners on earth! I will never go back here. Ruined 5 of my husbands shirts. Two sweaters of mine, 3 of my cousins shirts(dropped his off with ours). Ridiculious! I had to take our clothes back to get them fixed after I dropped off my second set of drycleaning all to find out these clothes were ruined for GOOD! Offered $ 20 back for one shirt? What’s that about? If I had of known the clothes were trashed I would not have left my other ones. Back the following week to pick up the second set of clothes which had stains on them… Ughhh… Beware is all I can say. I guess not living in Tahoe means one is not use to terrible service.
