Im not sure if this was our server or the cook but I went to eat at leos with my friend and boyfriend. Hes very allergic to tomatoes. He orders a ceaser salad and she brought it to him with cucumber and tomatoes??? Why? A ceaser doesn’t come with either of those, ever! So she took it back they picked the tomatoes out and gave it back. Needless to say he left pissed and hungry. I ordered a chicken finger salad salad to go with grilled chicken and she gave me breaded instead, which I can’t eat. I’m not very happy at all.

Tried this place for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Have to agree with the other reviews that say this place isn’t we’ll run. We seated ourselves, waited a few minutes and a waitress came over to get our drink order. Then we waited and waited and waited. No coffee. The waitress never came anywhere near our table and other waitresses ran on by. This is breakfast on a Saturday morning and it felt like someone could have noticed no coffee. After 10 minutes of waiting for coffee and iced tea we left. We couldn’t imagine how long it might take to actually get food.

Well, I don’t know what is going on at this Leo’s. It almost feels like they are doing things their own way. And it is not in a good way. My wife and I will always seek out a Leo’s because we not only enjoy their food but, equally important to us, is their consistency. Today we ordered a bowl of hot dog chili and it was dripping with some grease and the meat was kind of red. We asked the waitress and of course, nobody notices anything out of the originary. It was not the awesome Leo’s chili we know and love. This has been our second bad experience. We live in the area and enjoy coney food. It appears like we must now go to Lucas Coney Island. Which is also a good coney restaurant. I can only hope someone in management reads this and takes corrective action.

I hate this place and the food is gross. Tons of hair in my pancakes. They said it was bristles from the grill cleaner. Not sure how that is any better.

Breakfast with the wife– Spinach & Feta Omelette was delicious. Service above average. Our favorite Coney Island in South Lyon.

This place is horrible multiple things were not to pare. We decided to go out to dinner on a Thursday night after work because I didn’t want to cook, so we decided to go to Leos because we figured it wouldn’t be very expensive. We were not expecting five star restaurant quality food at this coney but we expected at least quality food. The broccoli cheddar soup consistency was that of jello and didn’t even taste like cheese and the tortilla soup tasted like a mouth full of taco seasoning with little bits of hamburger meat here and there and this experience continued to worsen. After the soup our shwarama pita wraps arrived the meat was tasty but the pita wraps were so dry that I had to take sips of water after each bit to get it down. Not only was the food horrible but our waitress couldn’t even remember that we order a side fries… we saw her pick up our order and tell the cooks that no one ordered fries and came and delivered our food. Funny thing is when our bill arrived the fries were on the written ticket she gave to the kitchen but not on our bill, she didn’t even have the manners to apologize for forgetting that… she saw what she wrote when she rang up the bill she knew she made a mistake. And last but certainly not least when she delivered my soft drink her figure went into my cup and pop, how GROSS is that. Never will we ever go here again!

Good food but service was not up to par. My fiancée and I didn’t feel entirely welcomed by the environment. That aside, the morning skillets are amazing and do a great job of fueling you through the day, however the coffee was a tad weak for my taste. Food 3⁄5. Service 2⁄5. Overall 3⁄5.

Compliments to the chef’s Mo & Mo who both make excellent raw garlic sauce. There isn’t much I can have off the menu that I’m not allergic to or is natural but they are very accommodating!

Tuesday’s are $ 1.29 coneys, can’t beat that with a stick! Good food & good service. Additional tip, you can order your Greek salad chopped. This way is way very wonderful & tasty. They chop all ingredients that’s in the salad then toss it with dressing… This mixes all the tasty ingredients very nicely

I’ve been to other Leo’s and they do a good job. The negative about this particular location was because a male employee that was mopping the floor walked into the ladies bathroom after lightly tapping on the door… and there were still women in the bathroom. Wouldn’t you knock a little louder on the door to the bathroom of the opposite sex?

Oh Leo’s… You must’ve ignored my throwing down the wifi gauntlet here on Unilocal yesterday. Because while you do indeed have a wifi network, it was locked when I visited today. Sorry Leo’s. I am a man of my word: you lose a star. Other than the foolishness of having no public wifi… I like this Leo’s. I would even call this the best Coney Island in South Lyon: –It is clean. –The wait staff is generally friendly and helpful. –Take-out is FAST. –I prefer most of the food items to nearby Lucas Coney Island(though Lucas’ Special Coney is a dog to be reckoned with). –The prices are cheaper than the Senate Coney Island. That said, where Brown’s menu conflicts with Leo’s…Brown’s wins almost every time. …Almost. Leo’s Rueben is the best Reuben in town. It is better than Brown’s, Big Boy’s, and the South Lyon Grill’s Ruebens. Here at Leo’s I recommend: –The aforementioned Rueben. I order it with extra-crispy fries. –The chili without beans. –The baby greek salad. If you want bigger though… order two baby greeks. I find this place stiffs you on toppings on larger salads. Check this place out. Just don’t expect wifi.
