Jimmy John’s

They are lucky they got even one star from me. I placed a delivery order over the telephone was told my order would be there «shortly» waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they could not deliver to my address. They just voided my card and said sorry and hung up unacceptable and terrible and to top it all off I never was told my total before they even charged me. Maybe they should train their employees properly totally disgusted won’t be stepping into this place again

Each time I step in a Jimmy John’s I leave satisfied. They are fast, consistent, and always friendly. Their bread is the best around! I am so happy they just opened in Sunset Place. I have a place that I can walk to and feed my sandwich cravings. I would also recommend their delivery. Their menu is diverse and they also offer group catering. I plan on returning often to both the South Miami and Downtown Miami locations.

The sandwiches are up to par with any jimmy johns. I do miss the sprouts though :(they haven’t been the same since. This specific branch lacks on their speedy delivery however: I’ve always been used to the ones that live up to the «freaky fast» delivery claim of having your food to your house in 10 minutes or less. This one definitely doesn’t do that. They take about 30 – 45 minutes just like most restaurants which is a bit much since they’re only making a sandwich…

I didn’t care for the seeds on my wheat bread and I didn’t like that I couldn’t add anything I love (pickles, black pepper, etc.) to my sandwich. It was just WAY too basic.

Had a burger there the other day. The food was really good quality & the service was quick. The bacon on the burger really stood out & tasted delicious. Best bacon I have ever had. The bbq sauce is also amazing. A little pricey but worth it

My husband’s work recently had a lunch where they brought in a ton of Jimmy John’s sandwiches and he said they were good. However, at this South Miami store we were both disappointed. Sad, considering the employees were really nice.
Don’t get the multi-​grain or wheat bread. I ate the sandwich right away inside the restaurant and it was mushy. Gummy. Stick to the roof of your mouth… in a bad kind of way. Plus there was a big ol’ thumb print from the sandwich maker as you will see in my photo. Not my thumb. I think you can get a better sandwich (better meat, better toppings) from Publix or Whole Foods.
My husband said that he had gotten alfalfa sprouts in his sandwich from the work lunch, but there were no alfalfa sprouts to be found on the menu here.
The bread for the sub sandwich was way better than the multi-​grain, but it was still just a meh sandwich overall.
This location is somewhat oddly located on the east side (outside of Sunset place) near Whole Foods. With the hospital and office buildings nearby they must do pretty well. I’ve seen their bike delivery people biking around town and they really do pedal hard and try to get their sandwiches to you as fast as possible. I hope they can install some bike racks outside of the store for the delivery people soon.

Freaky fast delivery! Sandwich was good and arrived fresh! Place order over the phone and within minutes it arrived.

The only thing they have going for them is that they are fast. That said the sandwiches are aweful. There is hardly any meat on them. The slices are so thin you can almost see through them. Don’t know if that’s how it is at all of their locations or just at Sunset. I’ve had better sandwiches at gas stations

Parking is a bit of a challenge, but Jimmy John’s is always delicious. Love the new location, so much closer to us than the Coral Gables location. I wish they delivered a little bit further though. Always fast and fresh. A staple in the community.
