Awful service!!! Ive gotten a fozen sandwich here before and this morning they forgot to give me my donut all together and didnt add cheese to my chicken biscuit like i asked.

First off, I love DD coffee. The staff is friendly and their specials are pretty good and often. If you decide to join their perks membership, do yourself a favor and don’t get automatic funds reloaded on your account unless you have an iPhone or Android phone. They don’t send cards with the skew to access your money. Other than that, good selection of donuts and coffee beverages.

I love this dunkin donuts. I go out of my way to go to this one because I love it so much. The workers are always nice and fast. Also, this is the only dunkin I can find that always has my favorite donut, strawberry icing with no sprinkles.

All we got were two coffees, those new white raspberry mochas, and we ended up getting two lattes somehow through the drive-thru. Leaving their location and then turning around to try to get back there on Pasadena really sucked. I gave them an extra star because two outta three employees were nice about fixing it, but drive-thru orders are the worst to get wrong because normally you just live with it.

This place is amazing. I have always loved DD, but this particular location is great because the staff is friendly and they are always so quick! If I’m in a rush on my way to work, I know I will get what I ordered and be through the drive-through in 2 minutes. I’ve been coming here all the time for about 3 years and they’ve only messed up my order one time ever. I have the Dunkin mobile app and occasionally their scanner won’t properly register my app; more than once when this has happened they’ve given me my order for free.

This was my first time at dunking donuts and it was wonderful. The staff was awesome, I ordered a iced coffee and she swiped a coupon that said free medium coffee, I had ordered a small and she gave me a free size larger. They were also very informative and helpful if you didn’t know exactly what you wanted (which was nice because I had NO clue) I would highly suggest this place

Pumpkin spice. I don’t think I need to say anymore. I love their coffee here and their customer service is awesome. I don’t want to ruffle any feathers of that other coffee company, but dunkin has the best when it comes to chains.

5 stars for a Dunkin Donuts? Have I gone mad?
Let’s say, this is 5 out of 5 stars compared to other Dunkins. Because it’s just not fair to compare a DD to a full serve local bakery.
1/They didn’t have the donut my 4 year old son wanted. We were just going to make him pick something else, we definitely don’t let our kids act up. The lady picked up on his disappointment, asked what he had wanted, and they MADE it for him on the spot despite being busy.
2/The donuts at this location are always super fresh and soft. I’ve been to other DD where you think «are these yesterdays?».
3/Place is clean, and has a really nice outdoor covered patio to enjoy your coffee and relax!

This is a older looking dunkin, but luckily for the people of this town, they are completely rennovating it! The outdoor patio is a pretty nice place where you can sit and enoy the sun and watch the cars go zooming by!

I was so embarrassed to order a skinny vanilla late when I went through the drive through, but I did explain that I wasn’t familiar with their coffee names. They didn’t seem to mind. After fasting the night before and then getting blood drawn at Quest Diagnostics, I was pointed to the nearest coffee drive through, which was Dunkin Donuts. OK, so my coffee wasn’t really that good but I was desperate. It was a little bit bitter, and not enough milk or sweetness to it!
