looking at the number of stars and reviews of all the nearby locations, corporate should probably spend some time and money on training their employees on customer service. they are so inconsistent… most of the time the service is just meh. the the best experience was when the guy offered my 4yr old a free cookie(made her day). he was friendly and efficient. sure wish i could remember his name. the worst was during the dinner rush one evening where they only had two people working. thats fine, i understand the wait. but after taking my order for one sandwich, the guy proceeds to make the sandwiches of the people behind me. im standing there waiting as hes runnung around getting the ingredients for the other sandwiches while my sandwich just sits half done. i guess he sensed i was not happy so he gave me 20% off the sandwich. but they should really finish with one customer before starting with the next. also, the sandwiches are pricy for the amout of meat they put. sooo…3 stars for value and customer service, for now. i hope they make some improvements and maybe i will update my review.

I go here often and the subs are great, service is friendly and remains consistent every time. My only comment for improvement of the consistently terrible iced tea. They go through tons of it which tells me the container is not cleaned daily because it always taste stale. I have told them once before and today I brewed my own since they were out. I was told there would be more ready in 5 minutes… nobody ever started brewing a fresh pot so I did it for them and walked next door to Starbucks for my iced tea. Your welcome JM crew! I’ll be back soon to see if anybody cares for the review more than the first hand suggestions.

Really amazing subs!!! I had the the roast beef with the cherry pepper relish! So good! The staff is fast and friendly and they have a really good music playlist. I stopped here by chance and will definitely be coming back. Guy who made my sandwich was really funny, think his names Cory left him a tip.

Tables weren’t wiped down and food crumbs were all over the booths. On a cold winters day there was fly bothering me while I was eating.

It is always a mystery to me why a company, especially in the competitive fast-food industry, will invest heavily in the equipment and location to set up a business, and then turn it over to an inexperienced kid with a lousy attitude. The food isn’t bad, but this place has serious problems with customer service. I have gone here for dinner about eight times and I have never seen the same people behind the counter. Never. And as someone else noted, the tables are *always* dirty in the evenings. On a previous visit, I ordered the Reuben but was told after paying that they were out of sauerkraut(oh, oops). To the store’s credit, they gave me a free sandwich with the pastrami rather than throwing it out, but still. Tonight I tried to order, but I was told that it «would take a while» because the grill was full of bacon being cooked — apparently in advance. No apology, no attempt to retain the customer. I said I would go somewhere else. The only response I got from the kid behind the counter was«have a nice evening.» In the Unilocal era, customers do not have to suffer in silence.

Good sandwich for a chain subs restaurants. Ingredients is fresh compared to other chain subs place. This is a healthier way of eating fast food when you don’t have time to sit in an actual restaurant.

I use to live subway until I tried jersey mike’s. The sandwiches are great and always made fresh. I have only been to this location and the customer service is great. I am helped in a matter of minutes and I always have tricky order which they nagar to keep track of and get correct. I will definitely be coming in more often.

After paying, I noticed I was overcharged for one of my sandwiches and informed the cashier. She replied that they just changed their prices, but I pointed out that the board was not updated and that they should not charge customers a different price than what is advertised. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it, but then I observe as she chats with the next customer, noting that it’s his first visit, and proceeds to offer him a free cookie. Seems to me this location is selective in offering good customer service to certain patrons but not others, but the fact that they are oblivious to their deceptive pricing and advertising practices makes me not want to give them my business in the future. The first picture shows the prices on the wall, and the second shows my receipt.

First time at a jersey Mike’s. Asked the girl behind the counter which sub had the most meat. She said Italian. Ordered the giant, why not. It was real good, fresh meats and veggies and good portion of cold cuts. Took ¼ of it home for snack before the gym. Good job guys.

I came in here and ordered a regular sized turkey sandwich on a wheat bun. That sucker was big. I ate half of it and saved the rest for later. I got tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, pepperchinis, oregano, mustard and this awesome tasting red relish on it. It was the bomb. Everyone was pretty friendly there, I should eat here more often. My only concern is that I wish they had the low calorie lemonade that I can mix with the iced tea.

I love coming to Jersey Mike’s and enjoying thier subs I think they have a better sub because they slice their meat and cheese while they make our sub. I try the Chipotle turkey sub it was really good that’s why I became a Jersey Mike’s fan.

Just left this store. The customer service was so bad, it was comical. His name was Allan, and If he wasn’t such an excellent source for character research, I would’ve walked out. I walk in, and the first thing he shouts is, «Just so you know, we only have wheat.» Ok, fine. As he was finishing another customer’s order, he shouts at me, «what sandwich do you want?» Me: I’ll have a Giant Original, no onions, no tomatoes. Allan/Jersey Mikes: Ok, before you give me your order, let me first start your sandwich, ok? (Wow, ok.. .. if he didn’t want my order, why did he ask? So he finally starts my sandwich… and the real comedy begins): Allan/Jersey Mikes: Do you want it Mike’s way? Me: Ok, sure, but no onions or tomatoes. Add jalapenos and pepperoncini. Allan/Jersey Mikes: Ok, that’s not Mike’s way because Mike’s way has onions and tomatoes. Me: Ok, fine. Then I don’t want it Mike’s way. I’ll have everything but onions and tomato. Allan/Jersey Mikes: So you just want the lettuce? Me: No, I want the lettuce along with jalapenos, pepperoncini– basically, everything Mike’s Way except for onions and tomatoes. Allan/Jersey Mikes: Anything else? Me: Oregano, please. Allan/Jersey Mikes:(in a dickish delivery) Well, you should’ve told me before I put the lettuce on because I would’ve put the oregeno on first. Mike’s Way comes with oregano. Anything else?(as he adds salt & pepper & oregano) Me:(Okaaaay, I thought we weren’t doing Mike’s way.) Nope, nothing else. Allan. Buddy. You don’t have to manufacture drama. You work in the food service industry. Customers will do it for you. Why be a dick and alienate people who are ready to tip you? Stop making up little mind-game traps in public and save it for your dollhouse.

I went back for my second visit and looked for my most filling option. So I bought the Kahuna, the most expensive sandwich on the menu, it came to about fifteen dollars including tax. I eagerly sunk my teeth into it, and to my surprise my first bite was all bread, no meat. That’s never happened to me at Subway, you get meat and veggies along every inch of your sub.

Warning: the lunch line can get long, so if you’re in a rush and craving a sandwich during lunch, you may want to look for alternative options. The line doesn’t drag because the employees on it, but it is still pretty long, which is funny because the Jersey Mike’s in the mall is completely empty… ALWAYS. The sandwiches are awesome, as we all should know. That’s needless to say.

I don’t have too many 1-star reviews, and this place gets 0.75 of a star! Will definitely not be back! We were on our way to the Hollywood Bowl for the Empire of the Sun concert. We had to pick up a print order from the FedEx store next door that was needed the following work day so we decided to get to-go sandwiches from Jersey Mikes for dinner before the show. Biggest mistake of the day, but at least Empire of the Sun saved the night with an awesome show at the bowl! I was a Subway«Sandwich Artist» back in my college days, and I always tried to be extra friendly and I enjoyed interacting with the customers. The staff at Jersey Mike can use some training on friendliness and customer service! Love the wraps at Subway, and I decided to get a Chicken Caesar wrap. When I stated my order, the staff member quickly recited the different types of wraps available, but I was not able to clearly hear all the choices he mentioned. I asked him nicely to repeat the choices, but he seemed annoyed and I was rudely told«I already told you…» and then proceeded to name the choices once more. Really should have walked out at the point, but we were pressed for time since we had to catch the Park and Ride shuttle to the bowl. I realized that we may have been keeping him from being able to watch the football games which were being shown on the restaurant tvs that Sunday afternoon. Perhaps if the tvs were turned down, I would have heard the wrap choices. Willing to forgive and forget the rudeness since I was really excited about Empire of the Sun at the Hollywood Bowl. A mini sandwich added to the wrap completed our order, and at least the other two staff members, the sandwich maker and cashier, were not rude like the one who took my order. However, they were not friendly nor nice, more indifferent. While waiting for our sandwiches, realized that we were overcharged! We only ordered a mini sandwich but got charged for a regular size! Raised the issue with the cashier and we were given a cash refund for the overcharge. Price for a mini sandwich, a regular wrap, a bag of chips, and bottle of Gatorade came to about $ 18.00. Got to the bowl, and finally had the sandwiches before the concert. The chicken caesar wrap was a complete disappointment. There was too much dressing in the wrap, and it made the wrap super soggy. My wrap was falling apart, making it very hard to eat, even at first bite! The flavor of the chicken caesar wrap was not memorable at all, even tasting a tad underseasoned! The chicken caesar wrap is clearly not a to-go item! Definitely should have walked out and opted for a sandwich at the Starbucks next door! Better yet, maybe should have planned our day better and made time to stop at Claro’s in San Gabriel! Thank goodness for Empire of the Sun for saving our Sunday night! Awesome concert at the Hollywood Bowl!

Was looking forward to trying out this place since I’ve never been. Not really looking forward to going back. Not very welcoming or friendly. It was rather dark inside and had a cold, airy feeling. Sandwich maker seemed annoyed that they had to make my order. Luckily had the order«to go» and enjoyed it elsewhere. The sandwich itself was OK but the weird vibes really turned me off.

Weird vibe here every time I come, which has been maybe 5? Today the girl who took my order, then cut the meat, tossed the«end pieces» of the turkey and ham into the glass case, on top of salami and other meat in plastic wrappers, where it was visible to customers. I suggested she wrap it in plastic or, at least, a paper wrapper since it’s unsanitary and gross. She took it out, but seemed completely uninterested or apologetic. The«Club Sub» comes with bacon, yet all five times here, they ask, «Do you want bacon on it?».(Eye roll). This place bugs me & I am done giving it «another chance». Work on your customer service, Jerky Mike’s.

Finally tried Jersey Mike’s Subs. THEAMBIANCE: The venue is located in a shopping plaza. If you are driving North on Fair Oaks you will see a FedEx on your right hand side. If you are driving South on Fair Oaks you will see a Baskin Robbins on your left. This location is very large. You order on the left side of the rope. There is a staff member that creates your sandwich and another staff member that handles payment. THEFOOD: I tried the«Tuna Fish» on wheat bread. For bread sizes they have«Mini,» «Regular,» and«Giant.» The Mini Tuna Fish sub is $ 5.75, the Regular is $ 7.95, and the Giant is $ 12.50. You can choose to add«Mike’s Way» to your sandwich free of charge, which consists of white onions, lettuce, tomato, and«juice» which I believe is oil and vinegar. I added«Mike’s Way» without the white onions. The Mini was perfect for me. I would say that the Mini is a bit larger than a 6-inch at Subway. I decided to make it a combo for $ 2.49 extra and grabbed a bag of chips and a drink. I really enjoyed my sub. The Tuna Fish was tasty. It had a lemony-taste throughout. A bit of a sourness. I am sure that the«juice» added to that. I would describe JMS’ wheat bread as having a harder texture than the Subway wheat bread. It is a more of an authentic sub, whereas Subway’s bread is more of a sandwich. The ingredients were fresh. For my Tuna Fish Mini Combo, I paid $ 8.38. Because I was a new customer, I got a free cookie. The cookie comes wrapped in plastic. THETIPS: There is plenty of parking in the shopping plaza.

This location changed my mind about Jersey Mike’s. There is one by my work, which I am not too fond of because of the subpar service and bland sandwiches. This location has a great staff and fresh sandwiches. I actually do like to come here when I’m in a mood for a phillycheese steak or a tuna sandwich… always on wheat with peppercinis and avocado. The few times I have been here, the staff has always been consistently friendly and patient. They always double check to ensure that they are making your sandwich your way. I never feel rushed as well when I can’t decide what to order. The sandwiches have not disappointed me yet. The bread and ingredients we always fresh. The lettuce, peppercinis, etc… are crunchy. Avocados are fresh, I do wish to put more considering they charge a $ 1.00 extra. Tuna fish does not salt and pepper, it is yummy by itself. The deli meat is quality. The parking situation can be tricky since they do share a lot with a few businesses such as Starbucks, Orchard, Phoenix, just to name a few.
