Subway

I don’t understand what the problem is. When I say «light mayo and mustard» why do they squeeze the bottle and make 4 rows on my sandwich? Their veggies always look sad. Lettuce is brown, tomatoes look dried up. They are always burning my bread when they toast it. Never coming here again.

Never coming to this location again. The two employees who were working last night were totally incompetent and screwed up most of the order because they couldn’t retain any information for longer than two seconds. It took way too long to get out of there for a «to-​go» experience. I would absolutely never recommend this Subway location, unless you’re ready to train the staff as you’re giving your order.

It’s always a pleasure to come to this subway location. Although it’s quite the drive from work, it’s well worth it. Employees are friendly and always take their time to make sure I get what I want. I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years, and I never get no for an answer. They always manage to make me feel welcome. Can’t be negative of something you’ve never tried. Great job team!

Loved that they were open at 11pm since we went to another location off Main St. And they were closed. The lady who helped us was sweet and didn’t make a sour face when you ask for all veggies, believe it or not they do that at other locations. So strange. We went around 11pm on a Thursday night, and it was nice to have quick service with a smile even though you can tell she was already cleaning up. As for the food, I feel like most Subways taste the same, which is good:)

I am a big fan of Subway. And I’ve been going to this Subway in S. Pasadena in the morning to get my kids’ lunch for the day UNTIL this morning — I found a hair that looks like PUBIC HAIR in my 5 yrs old’s daughter’s Egg and Cheese sandwich this morning.
Completely GROSSED OUT!!!

Never been a huge fan but sometimes when your not in the mood or don’t have the time to sit down at a restaurant you do next best thing. I wasn’t familiar with the area so I figured this would be a semi safe bet. There is a Mc Donald’s across the street which is not great either as far as healthy, but when need be you do the best you can.
The bread may be baked everyday but the veggies are never truly fresh – the are Monsanto farm grown – hybrid style. Any-​who I came in here and there where two people working a female who looked foreign and obviously left her manners at home (#65). There was also a guy who said he’d be with me in a moment and instead started a conversation with the lady. Once they decided I was important enough to recognize and help the lady started to make my sandwich. I’ve never had someone screw up a sandwich so bad. Some parts of the sandwich she was skimpy on and other she dumped it on. She gave me lots of onion and bell pepper and literally poured the vinegar on and when light on the oil. She was running out of mayo so it came out it big squirts when she finally did get it to come out. By this point I was so annoyed I went across the street to Mc Donald’s to get my drink.
I took a bit out of the sandwich and it was so tart tasting from the vinegar I didn’t finish it. This location lacks customer service and portions distribution and if you didn’t know there is an art to making a sandwich. Little FYI – If you don’t know what your doing at least have a better attitude so at least the whole experience isn’t a loss.

Update:
Fresh bread lately when I visit. Way to go Subway! I also love it that they stay stocked with fresh spinach and cilantro, not just iceberg. Tomatoes haven’t had white cores and service has been friendly.
My sandwich was so good I’m wishing I’d bought a foot long rather than a 6 inch. Yay for subway!

This is a pretty small location, convenient if you are looking for a quick bite or just want to take something home. Love the fact that it is also open super late to fix those evening cravings.
The staff is quick and efficient for the most part, even when there are lots of people waiting to order.
Honestly, I’ve had a pretty solid experience every time I have been here. Nothing to complain about.

Standard subway. They take coupons and are easy to deal with.

Don’t come here at 6am when it is advertised that they are open. I can understand if you still need to setup, but don’t leave me outside in the cold and pretend I don’t exist. Instead of trying to greet me at 6:05am this morning, these two ladies didn’t care and was busy still setting up for «opening» when it was clearly after opening. This is very bad business!

I’m giving it 5 for a 2 reasons.
Number 1. it’s 24 hours.
Bf and I had an intense gym sesh. and at 12:15.we were down for the Subweezay!
Since he works at the hospital, he knew about this one. which has just opened.
But, he told me that they might have it open till 2am soon because they get no business throughout the night.
During the day, it’s jam packed!
Number 2. I got me the veggie delight, as always, and I asked the girl who was making my sammy for some more onions, she PILED it on there. I LOVE IT. She pretty much put a load of veggies after I asked for more onions. It was a fat ass delicious sandwich.

This Subway recently changed owners and the new one is a great guy who remembers me every single time (and from the looks of it, remembers anyone who comes to this store often). He’s happy to talk to you but it doesn’t make the service any slower.
If you’re vegetarian, the workers here are very careful of not mixing any meat with your sandwich (even changing gloves and knives to make sure).
It’s open until midnight, which is better than any Subway I’ve seen in the area. The seating is limited, but I always get it to go.

This location is a little on the small side with pretty limited seating. Best if you take your sandwich to-​go if you’re ordering here, especially around lunch time when it tends to be crowded.
Staff is nice enough. Other than the small seating area, this is pretty much your run of the mill Subway. Nothing wrong with it. Nothing special about it.

What is there to say about Subway?
I’m not a fan, and never will be.
However: this particular Subway is open 24 hours a day.
When I moved last month, I found myself without a put together kitchen, really tired and really hungry all the time, and at the most inconvenient times. The sandwiches are pretty mediocre, but they have all those fresh veggies you can load up on. This place saved me and my thighs from being inundated with greasy fast food, and for that, my boyfriend will be forever grateful.

The sandwichs are not any different from any other subway’s. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star is because the service there is friendly. Well, given that I go practically everyday, since I work next to this place, some of the employees would basically give me a cheaper sandwich since I go «everyday». Like if I order something that’s 5 bucks, I end up getting charged 2 bucks. Yeah I know, 3 buck difference, but for me, eating everyday, those 3 bucks builded up.

Here’s the thing: I love Subway. I love everything about it.
This one is clean, extremely small, & they have cilantro & spinach. Oh, & they’re open until MIDNIGHT… which is perfect for me because I get out of class at 11pm.
