McDonald’s

I understand that McDonald’s isn’t the place you’d go for the best service or quality, but I think you should still be able to expect reasonable wait times in a drive through and the correct food with your order… especially after they «put you on hold» at the drive through twice? when the whole place is empty?
I came here around 10:00PM trying to grab something to eat on the way home. Not only did it take 30 minutes to get through the drive through although there was no one else there, they managed to still get my food wrong, which was a simple 3 McChicken sandwiches.
I understand that this isn’t the classiest/​best of fast food joints, but come on…

Double – No TRIPLE – check your order if you do drive-​thru because it is wrong 95% of the time. The crew simply doesn’t care. And when you complain about it online and ask for a response you don’t get one. This franchisee must have some good connections with HQ.

Worst McDonald’s ever I asked for 6 freshly made sugar cookies and they said it would take a few minutes when I turned around they put some of the cookies that had been sitting their they are very dishonest

Oh please, not only does it remind me of a cafeteria at a hospital you’ve implemented table service. What are you all thinking. Somebody is being paid big bucks with nothing else better to do?

Slowest ever. Like EVER. I get an occasional craving for fries, but the drive thru is just extremely slow. Slow enough for me to Unilocal as I wait for my 1 large order of fries.

Today at 8:45 am 4÷4÷2015 I went in to buy sausage biscuits for 20 kids that are having a yard sale to raise money for a senior trip. I asked if they could break a $ 20 into 4 $ 5s the girl at the register asked GUSTAVO who was dressed all in black did look at me did not say hello did not make eye contact he just said tell him NO! I would have expected more something like «I’m very sorry I don’t have enough change to break the $ 20 have a good morning.» I over the past 15 years have come to hate this location and the franchise team that runs it does not give a SHIT about there customers and how they are treated. Shame on you

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The worst customer service ever. I ordered and I went back for a second order and the employee who took my order said «CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER AGAIN» (More like don’t bother me is what she is saying). And I went back to order a McFlurry. Ok I was standing right their watching this guy like a hock while he is make it for me and he see’s something in the ice cream and he scoops it out with a cap and throws it away and adds the Oreo and Mixes it and gives it to me. I asked him what did you scoop out and he repeatedly told me nothing and «He» rolled his eyes at me. WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE McDonald’s!!! What happened to the customer is always right. McDonald’s is know for this FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE, how is this friendly at all?

Wow this McDonald’s is the worst! South Central runs circles around this location in speed, service and cleanness. But it is so close to the Hapkido location so they have a natural flow of kids.
I go here all the time but can’t give it a good rating. The trash cans alone are the most ass backward design ever. You can’t throw anything away without making an even bigger mess. The wait times during peak hours is definitely not McDonald speed rather I think Pokey Pete slow. The manager I don’t think understands the simple concept of running a fast efficient store. Peak times one register is open. Line almost to door. Everyone in back milling around. Ketchup is out see one customer say it is out and manager pulls out a bin with ketchup for the customer and then proceeds to put it back behind counter. The. I get my food forgetting no ketchup and ask the same thing. Manager proceeds to pull it out from under counter!!! Like wtf? Maybe one of the people could maybe restock bs treating a package like its gold!!!
But the problem is I have no choice and kids not understand the finer dining aspects of fast food.

The remodel looks amazing however the parking went from about 10-​decent parking down to 4 spots that are not handy cap. Everything else is in the back or you have to walk around the whole building due to them closing up the access doors on the North side of the location. One stars earned for the nice remodel inside only. *
Now the major issue I had was when I visited at 6:30 in the morning there was only maybe 4 – 5 other guest there, in the time I was there I watched everyone finish their food and leave, yet two cars remained in the front row customer parking next to the handy-​cap.
So from having 4-​customer spots they are down to 2-​customer open parking spaces during the entire time those employees are on their shift. What a bad parking situation, I can’t imagine how much business is being lost daily because people feel put out by this. SEE MY PHOTO

Am I the only one who misses what this place used to look like? I kind of liked the creepy Ronald sticker on the door.
It’s a fast food restaurant and it does its job well. Nothing much to say other than the décor is nice and the food will definitely either give you the shits or heartburn after.

Fast food doesn’t really belong in South Pas… These hippies don’t appreciate this stuff, they’d rather go for the vegan crap across the street…
So, what’s there to say about this McDonalds? Nothing new, really. It’s cheap, unhealthy food that makes you feel bad about yourself. But, it’s great when you’re drunk. Or, when you’re too lazy to cook…
Plus side — This has to be the fanciest McDonalds that I have ever been in. Very modern. Very feng shui…

Usually I don’t do reviews for fast food places but this McDonald’s was very nice. The inside of the restaurant is very nicely set up and I think they had two small screens for children to play games on.
The service was friendly as well and well I only had fries and a yogurt parfait and those were good so no complaint really. Just thought I write a review for how nice it looks on the inside — though the parking lot situation is less appealing — only one way out and I never like those type of parking lots and during peak traffic hours it’s really hard to get out unless someone friendly lets you.

Really terrible. I want this place to be five star. I mean it’s my home town. But I can no longer deny the fact that this McDs really needs to get their shit together.
I’ve been here three times within the last two weeks (don’t judge me).
First time I came on a Friday around 2PM and they were out of ice cream. They killed my Mcflurry dreams. This isn’t the first time this place has run out of ice cream. It’s the third instance since they remodeled.
Second time, I ordered chicken mcnuggets. The guy taking my order in the drive through even asked which sauce I wanted. Picked up my food and I got a chicken sandwich. The cashier asks for my receipt and I was charged for a sandwich… Why’d you ask what sauce I want then!?!
Today, I thought okay we’ll go inside to eat. Can’t be as bad right? It’s 9PM on a Friday and we ordered a happy meal and some mc nuggets. The restaurant is maybe ¼th full and there’s no one in line. It has been 10 minutes and our food still isn’t ready. There’s 5 people behind the counter… What are you guys doing?
Get your shit together South Pas MCD.

So I decide To go here for dinner, close, easy,. Boooo. Fries are stale, Filet O Fish was cold and soggy, my bad for giving it another shot. And all the tables were dirty, yucko

It’s convenient when I’m on my way to work and I get a craving for a #3 egg white mcmuffin with lg coffee 3 Splenda 5cream.
Drive thru is fast and staff is friendly.
I always check my order because one time they forgot my hash browns.

Friendly service. I ordered 2 egg white mcmuffin without ham. I received 1 with bacon and 1 with ham. Was my order that difficult? Apparently for some…

Slow and rude.
They had no ice coffee and then tried to charge me for the water I ordered.

I haven’t been to this location in sometime so this past weekend I was in the area and in need of quick fuel before a bike ride.
Wow! That place looks great! Cool modern furnishings and comfortable seating layout, even the drive through had smart looking «stations» to order from! Well done Mickey D!

Pros:
It’s McDonald’s! And if you know me, you know that this is my favorite restaurant. No joke!
This location is super clean. They also just renovated. Which means, not only do they have outlets, they also have free Wi-​Fi, great parking and a video game corner for kids.
The bathrooms are fairly clean – the counter/​table tops, not so much.
Cons:
There are a lot of crazies that hang out here.
The service is usually hit or miss.
I love kids, but this is a local hang out for the teenagers in the neighborhood; and sometimes they can get annoying (no offense… We have all been teenagers once).
Miscellaneous:
So I wanted to write my perfect order at McDonald’s. It’s a little complicated but bear with me.
«I would like a double cheese burger mini meal with whole leaf lettuce, no pickles, easy sauce, and add tomato. Also, I would like no salt on my fries.» (P.S. The whole leaf lettuce is usually free. The tomato usually is a extra 50 cents. For the sauce you can ask for Big Mac sauce instead of the traditional Ketchup and Mayo combo. If you ask for no salt on the fries, not only is it better for you, but they fry up a small batch FRESH just for you!
