Seriously I liked the old McDonald before it was renovated. I believe they have hired a whole new crew who are lazy and not paying attention A case in point I went on a drive thru And there were 2or 3 cars ahead of me It was on a Tuesday night-not a very busy Night. I noticed the wait for those cars Ahead of me took a long time After I had paid my bill and moved forward To the area for pick up I had waited 7MINUTES in the car until my impatience Ran out and Started to honk my horn to ask what happened They were inside talking and laughing Turns out my order had been ready and it was sitting there All this time and they just didn’t deliver it to the window. And the lady(a woman Wearing a different uniform — black and white?) had this look, «how dare you honk At us» I thought she was rude and unprofessional This was a dramatic departure from the usual expeditious professional and courteous treatment I get at Mikkie D Let’s bring back the old crew By the time I got home(1.5 miles away) My fries were cold I feel the new crew is inattentive And are not dedicated to customer service

The service inside the restaurant was a bit slow. Took almost 15 minutes to get my to go order of coffee and egg McMuffin. The wi-fi inside the restaurant was very slow and basically unusable, as I had to switch back to my LTE signal while waiting. The restaurant décor is nice. However the self-serve drink area was dirty and had trash on the counter. This store has potential, but needs some serious management to get it into shape.

I love how they create another McDonalds so it can give itself a 5 star cause the other one has the real ratings. Only reason why I put up with this McDonalds is it is the only one in town. But this place continues to have trash over flowing during peak times, slow service and in attentive store managers that don’t keep up with the straws, ketchup etc for the customers. If McDonalds corporate came in here they would see a location not showing the best effort.

Nice Staffing! I was buying the late night happy meal because my wife wanted the minions toy. The drive by staff was really nice and he told me when they are getting new toys.

Good costumer service is what we all look for when we eat out. Doesn’t matter where you go just as long as you see a smile welcoming you in. McDonald’s is known for that. You should walk in to any McDonald’s and be greeted with their friendly famous«SMILE». Heck it’s their logo for crying out loud. Well this McDonald’s doesn’t have any of those. It more of a eye staring contest with these McDonald’s employee. So much for that famous Great costumer service.
