I ordered stainless steel ties for my kitchen. The first transaction went well but had to order more items to complete the project. It has now been a month and no word about the status of my order. No one answers the phone, I have not received a single phone call back and no replies to my multiple emails. This company has the worst customer service ever. I wish I had never gone with them for my project.
