While the Maine Mall itself leaves much to be desired, I love the J Crew there — especially Jane. Jane is an awesome sales associate who is super helpful, willing to give suggestions, advice, pick you out pieces she thinks you will like, and get you new sizes without having to ask and always willing to look things up online (especially since my size usually isn’t in store). I’ve gotten to know Jane really well over the past few years and she always welcomes me by name, asks about things going on in my life and really makes the shopping experience enjoyable.
