Parmigiano Pizza and Burger

Since they got new management, it has been a major improvement. Order their brazilian burger and it was supreme! Really recommend giving them another chance.

I ordered the house special which indicated here
a chicken pizza, i got the wrong order and they said the online menu is different from their menu. last thing i remember thats false advertising. they did not refund or did things to make it right and told me to deal with it. thats not the proper way to deal with customers.

Honestly. this was the worst pizza slice I’ve ever had in my life. This place is the reason why we need to keep DiGiorno pizza in our freezers.
Had a late night craving for a pizza slice and this was the only place open near my house. The guy took out something from the bottom and started adding toppings and in 2 mins boom my pizza slice was ready. I had to ask for red chilli flakes and cheese and this guy gave me only 1 of each. ok won’t complain about that but the shocker came when I went home and I have a pounder of a Pizza slice. Heavy AF … and the crust was like 2 inches thick !! God damn it my whole craving for pizza went into the drain !!! Not going back there ever and if you don’t want to waste you $ 5 on a combo pizza stay away from this place too … Sorry Mr owner, just my honest opinion about your crappy pizza slice !

**Horrible food and even worse customer service**
I won’t bore you with how long it took to order but afterwards I was given 15 minutes as a wait time and waited over 35 minutes before this scenario … The kid at the window gave me a bag and said «there are your burgers» I said I better check it, he laughed and said «yeah, you better». I opened it to find fries and calamari. At that point I asked about the burgers, he said they should be coming. Should? He said «the cook doesn’t speak my language so I don’t know». Really? After awhile I finally got my order home and found bacon burgers with barely cooked bacon. I mean it wasn’t even warm and you can check the pics to see the flan. It was like soup, I mean … could drink it. I called to complain and was told people shouldn’t expect things to look like the pictures. I paid over $ 50 for dinner and most of it is in the trash. Don’t waste your time here!

I ordered a burger last night for dinner to be delivered using the Eat24 app. After waiting 1.5hrs I called the restaurant to see where my food was and the man who answered said it had been delivered. I assured him it hadn’t and that I’d like a refund. He told me it was delivered to my address and that his delivery guy said he gave it to an old man. I said there are no old me at my address and asked him why he wouldn’t just call me upon arrival. I knocked on the doors of two of my neighbors and woke one of them up from their sleep. After a few awkward late night conversations with neighbors I came to find that a random person intercepted the order and ate the food I payed for. After getting in a verbal argument with the person who was high out of their mind and obviously had a raging case of the munchies, I told the owner of this restaurant that I wanted a refund and he assured me I would receive a new order in 12 minutes. In about 12 minutes I did in fact receive the burger and salad but it was so poorly prepared and overcooked that I didn’t bother eating it. I also had a worry that it had been spat in due to our unpleasant phone conversation.
After all of that I am left with no dinner and a super awkward regular interaction with a shitty thief neighbor.

Slightly worse than Costco pizza. Not terrible. But the guys making the pizza also went back and forth from touching their phones to touching your food so that was pretty gross too.

So I should’ve read the reviews of this place before choosing to order from here. They have quite a list of negative ones. Because they constantly mail menus to my house, I was just curious to try it one night.
I ordered a cheeseburger w/​fries, & clam chowder soup that came w/​garlic bread. The soup didn’t smell as good as it tasted. Had a funky/​weird scent to it. The fries were cool and the burger would’ve been perfect if they would have just cooked it a bit longer. I don’t see how anyone could mess up a burger!
I chose delivery method and they said it would take 45 minutes or less. They arrived in 45 minutes exactly (plenty of time to cook the burger!). The plus side was that there was no delivery fee.
I definitely won’t take a chance on this place again.

Ordered ahead and food was ready when quoted. We ordered the chicken parmigiana and the baked ribs.
The chicken was good and so was the spaghetti that came with it. The ribs were ok but not great. The garlic bread is made with wheat bread which is not my favorite so we did not like it.
A little pricey for to go

Driven by many times. Decided to give this place a shot.
Ordered 2 slices of pizza, philly steak, garlic spicy wings and garlic fries.
Pizza crust was pretty thick, like eating toasted bread /​w cheese. Nothing special
Philly steak was complete crap. Meat was dry, could barely notice any cheese, no sauce. Was half the size of a philly steak sandwich I ordered from another pizza place few days ago. Worst philly steak sandwich I ever had.
Spicy wings were highly disappointing. Was simply wings soaked in a pool of Tabasco sauce.
would have been somewhat nice if they mixed the Tabasco sauce with melted butter to make a creamy buffalo sauce. Felt ripped off.
2 Stars only because the garlic fries are pretty tasty, but greasy. They cooked the minced garlic right, soft and garlic-​ky Some places, the garlic bits are not cooked thoroughly and leaves you with that raw garlic taste.
Overall, mediocre fast food.
Would only recommend the garlic fries priced at $ 5.35
Not surprised the drive thru line is empty most of the time I pass by.
To the owner
The location is great. Hundreds of cars pass by El Camino Real each day yet your drive thru line and parking lot is empty most of the day. First timers coming here will get fucked over by bland food and most likely never return. Work on your food and you will have more returning customers. Better to build up a customer base than relying on occasional by passers like myself to try your food out of curiosity. You could probably raise the price on some menu items if you decided to use «quality products.» People are willing to pay a bit more for delicious food. Use higher grade meat for your sandwiches and burgers. Plenty of meat suppliers in bay area, get some sirloin and good ribeye for the sandwiches and burgers. My cousin owns a restaurant, I know ingredients are A LOT cheaper than what we normally pay at supermarkets if you order from restaurant supplier or restaurant depot in south San Francisco. than what we normally pay at supermarkets. Customers are currently receive half ass food for the price they are paying.
Your only fast food competition is jack in the box and burger king nearby. You have the potential to do better. Offering better quality fast food.
Current state of your food is crap. Hope to see a turn around.

HORRIBLE FOOD! My boyfriend and I ordered the following: Philly cheese chicken sandwich, Onion rings, and Chicken Nuggets.
The philly chicken was horrible because it lacked any sort of sauces and it tasted really BLAND and FLAVORLESS.
The Chicken Nuggets were the worst, because it was like 5 deep fried chunks of chicken fat, buried beneath a basket of fries for like 8 dollars.
The onion rings weren’t the good kind of quality restaurant style rings i was hoping for, and the ranch sauce tasted terrible.
Side note: Look at the side of their business, it advertises their 4″ burger buns. Is this a joke? I thought the important part of a burger was the MEAT and what you put IN BETWEEN the bun? This place felt like a total rip off.
Second note: Drive thru??? We waited for our food for like 20 minutes. It cost us $ 20 and I regret wasting a dime on them. I will never go back.

Great pizza. This place used to be Mr. Pizza man. From what I heard the just changed owners but still have the same deals and still make the same great pizza!! Definitely try this one

Service is still so-​so. Food tastes almost the same. What happened to Mr. Pizzaman? Their special deals we’re pretty good although this one also has specials but not the same as Pizzaman specials. Still they’re the only pizza place in this area open late so I’ll still be a patron. Good enough.

This used to be the old Mr. Pizza Man. As disappointed as I was to see it close I was just as disappointed in the service/​pizza. The guy who took my order was easily confused and made me seriously worry about my pizza.
It’s sad to lose my old late night pizza delivery gem and to have it replaced by this sad place. Try it if your desperately in need of a pie but besides that… skip it.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I feel bad that their so horrible.

1 star and I’m not talking about the dope one from Super Mario. Tried calling with some friends for a pizza and they told me they don’t serve to «my kind» I was like yo, were on the phone you can’t even see me. Hung up and crashed my go-​kart on the way to McDonald’s. Moment of silence for Seniore’s can’t wait till the real squad is back flippin pizzas like The Back Street Boys. «I want it that way» their pizza slices are also as hard as your grandpa Larry after he accidentally took two Viagra at your local community swimming pool.

Couple friends and I were on lunch break so we hit up this place. Turns out it’s the old Mr. Pizzaman which I gladly would choose over what it is now any day of the week. Ordered 2 pies. Dough wasn’t cooked thoroughly which I don’t like, stingy on the cheese, pepperoni was paper thin and burnt.
This is what killed it for me tho. Even the guy working there said Mr. Pizzaman is better after I just paid for the food. I should have took his advice.

I still like the food here. It’s just that I’ve had problems with them understanding my order when I order through phone.

I’ve had pizza all over South City and this is one of the best. I really like their crust and the pizza has the perfect ratio of cheese and sauce (I don’t like too saucy). I really appreciate that they deliver late at night and I’ve never had an issue with meals being delivered late (I guess it depends on day and time of the week?). I’ve tried their burgers too! Ingredients are always fresh, it’s a generous size and it tastes homemade… really enjoy it! The few times I went there in person for a pick up order the attendant at the window didn’t seem very friendly or maybe it was just too busy that night. Hope they worked on that because awesome costumer service should be everyone’s priority if you want to stay afloat in the food industry.

What a waste of 30 dollars. The worst pizza ive had in a long time. Could not even finish one slice. Calamari was rubbery and overcooked. Super disappointed and would not order from this restaurant again. Save your money!

I would love to be able to tell you about how fantastic this pizza is, but I still haven’t gotten it.
Quoted delivery time at 10:50 was 45 minutes. it is now half past midnight.
I will not be ordering from here again. Unless this pizza is dank AF. Even then, probably not ordering again.
