Pizza Hut

This Pizza place gave me food poison a few years ago, haven’t went back since. Nothing else to say about this place. Wish i could gave it 0 Stars.

I went online and I ordered a medium-​size pizza with regular crust with cheese and fresh tomatoes for lunch. I picked up the pizza 15 minutes later. The service was nice and the pizza was great. Pizza Hut’s pizza is still awesome.

I order from this place frequently. This evening, after 40 min they call and tell me that they don’t deliver to my address. If you don’t deliver to my house, your system shouldn’t accept my address. They were just here over the weekend! The lady then tells me it will be ANOTHER 40 minutes before they will deliver. No thanks. According to my record, you should be at my door with my hot pizza. When I told her to just reverse the charge, she hung up on me.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and they took my girlfriends card over the phone then. When they got to me they charged my card and said they never took her card number. Which they did. Then they sent us someone else order with cheese in the crust. The pizza was clearly made hours ago when we ordered 45 min ago.

This is a privately owned Pizza Hut. They do not offer any special deals posted on Pizza Hut web site. I try to called them to place an order, but they near answer the phone, if answered, the put you on hold. Terrible service.

If it’s advertised as 2 medium pizzas (ANY WAY YOU WANT) they should honor that. I wanted stuff crusts. They said that’s excluded, I then took a picture of the advertisement. Turns out they were out of every kind of other crusts too! Of course the 15 year old manager couldn’t do anything about it. NICE! !!!

I’m a big fan of Pizza Hut’s Stuffed Crust pizza, their pastas, wings, and basically their food. But sometimes. just not a fan of their service. This one in particular. made me wait additional 15mins when I specifically followed the online time + a few extra mins longer before walking in to pick up my order.

My dad probably thinks I’m getting into trouble late at night, but in reality I’m just getting a pizza with my friend haha. We ordered a 2-​topping large stuffed crust pizza online for pick up.
PROS: Pizza was ready by the designated time. Stuffed crust is always a good idea!
CONS: The location is pretty small. It’s literally big enough for a few chairs, registers, and the kitchen. The pizza’s dough was still pretty soft. They had run out of plates too! Customer service was okay.
OVERALL, I’ll probably come back for stuffed crust again.

The staff there arent using or wearing gloves to prepare the pizza and just use bare hands. I wonder if her hands are clean though. And when i looked at her strangely, she knew i was upset with her no wearing gloves and she became uneasy and uncomfortable and tried to even hide what she was doing… And when I saw the other gal beside her she was also not wearing gloves. So where’s the hygiene on this place. i went to pizza My Heart and all of them were wearing hairnet and gloves. So that explains.

Yeah I’m sorry. I tried Pizza Hut’s attempts at trying to be more artisanal with their new pizza pies, but they just weren’t good. I ordered a couple of their new pies thru their online ordering system which was pretty straightforward. These two caught my eye mainly because of the spinach and balsamic swirl they both had.
Cherry Pepper Bombshell –
Balsamic Drizzle, Toasted Asiago Crust, Crushed Tomato Sauce, Salami, Spinach, Cherry Peppers
Pretzel Piggy –
Balsamic Drizzle, Salted Pretzel Crust, Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce, Bacon, Mushrooms, Fresh Spinach
If you see the pics, they really don’t look that different from each other because of the spinach. Speaking of the spinach though, it probably would’ve been better to have served them on the side for the customer to add on later. By the time they arrived at my house, the spinach on both pizzas were wilted and soggy which gave the pizzas a really odd texture. I can’t really decide which one I liked better though. Both of them were salt bombs, especially the Pretzel Piggy, but I’ll give that one a pass since because it’s meant to be salty. Overall, these just didn’t work for me.
If i do decide to order from Pizza Hut again, I’ll probably just stick to the classic pies. But that’s a big ‘IF’. I’ll stick with Papa John’s for my preferred chain pizza.

Thanks for the 2 hour wait for delivery and the burnt bread sticks. pizza was cold and got the wrong chicken wings! So not worth going to if your staving don’t order from here look else where

So far they’re about 30 minutes over the anticipated wait time, the person answering the phone barely speaks english, and I’ve been put on hold five separate times. Ooh! Finally, I got in touch with the manager, who dickered with me about how late they actually were, and refused to do anything to rectify my problematic experience! How nice of her. The food arrived and was freezing cold.
Clearly, my office will not be ordering from them again.

I like pizza. I like stuffed crust. I really like hot wings. But I do NOT like Pizza Hut.
Every time I have Pizza Hut it makes me wish I had chose a different place.
The pizza was soft, doughy. The toppings aren’t very good, and nothing was hot. It’s cheap, but not worth it.
The driver did come on time though. I guess that’s the only plus.
I’d rather stick with round table, or if seniores wouldn’t have burned down I definately would choose that instead.
I suggest you spend more money and try something else.

Wow I’m really surprised I order for delivery and in less than 25 min the driver was in my door with the delicious pasta, breadsticks and a giant Hershey cookie and I can say everything was good! The only thing why I give 4 stars is because I didn’t get any marinara sauce but I think that’s my fault and I needed to order before!

If you want a pizza do not order from here because you will get a cold slab of dough with cold cheese and pepperoni. 2 hours from the time you ordered it!!!
Ordered a pizza online at 3:50 the estimated arrival time said 5:30
So I called to make sure that was correct the person who answered the phone said yes. So I asked her to cancel my order then she said it will be delivered in 45 min so I said ok.
4:50 we receive a cold box and an extra cold pizza delivered to us. Extremely hungry and upset.
I call Pizza Hut and ask to speak with a supervisor. A girl names Mariah comes to the phone and said she will give me a credit to use at a later time.
Next day I call back to use my credit. I place the order and wait. Then I must not have heard my phone ring because she called me back asking for my room number. I see the missed call and call her back within 15 min of the missed call. She said she cancelled my order!!! I was extremely upset.
She finally said she will put in my order again. … Geeez
Bottom line: waste of time and money.
Take your money elsewhere. They need better customer service or just close this location down.

If you want Pizza Hut you might as well go in and wait for it. Even if you live a block away it would be faster than their delivery. Sloooooow as sh*t. They also never understand you over the phone and have to replete yourself 3 – 5 times and even then they don’t get it right. STEP YOUR PIZZA GAME UP!!! Better off going to round table pizza on chestnut. ALOT FASTER AND FRIENDLIER

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut location for over 8 years, usually for delivery but on occasions I do pick up.
Their service & food have gotten so bad over the years and the latest today. I ordered a pizza at 4:30pm and it was past 6:30pm and hadn’t arrived. I called in three times to find out what’s going on, but every time they’d say it’ll be there as soon as possible, then in 10 minutes then 2 – 5 minutes. But never arrived, I finally called in and cancelled it and they did it right away, didn’t even try to apologize on any of the times and cancelled it without a question.
Once my daughter found out I had cancelled it she got mad so I was like OK let me give them one last opportunity cause we did really want the pizza. I asked can we still get it delivered and how long would it take if we do. The employees answer was well I already removed it from the register and my credit card was voided. She asked me twice if I still wanted to pay for the pizza, I said if you’ll deliver it and I get a discount I can give you my credit card. In multiple occasions I was told the credit card was voided and she couldn’t give me a discount if the order had already been voided so I finally just said so there’s nothing you want to do to help me get my order and said this would be the last time we order from this Pizza Hut and I hung up.
They NEVER offered an apology nor a discount or attempt to rectify the situation to keep me as a happy customer.
Worst case, the pizza has been soggy and not even fully cooked the last time we received it and when you call and complain they don’t care to help keep their customers happy (or better yet attempt to keep us happy).
I’ll take my money to another Pizza Hut even if it means I have to pick it up or to Papa John’s. Sorry for them but I’m sure their tips are also hurting!

Just ordered the new garlic parmesan pizza with the chicken, bacon toppings. It could have been good, but it wasn’t baked properly. I could taste the frozen chicken chunks along with the raw and slightly sour smell of cheese. Had to throw away the whole large pizza after finishing off 1 slice — and that too because i was really hungry.
Please save you money and don’t ever order this one!!!

So i haven’t been to pizza hut in a while, but today i was craving some breadsticks. I went up to the counter, there was at least 6 workers there. Two managers for sure. I was the only one there. Today is 4÷25÷14 at 445pm. I stood there for at least 10 minutes. No one wanted to take my order. 3 people were on their personal cell phones and the rest started speaking spanish from originally speaking english as if i didn’t understand them about how work sucks, and how they hate the schedule etc. they were also interviewing people to work there. I just walked away and went to buy food at taco bell. From now on i’ll never buy pizza hut even if it is the last place to eat.
This branch represents how pizza hut works. They can give a rats ass about customers unless you speak spanish. Thats how they come off so oh well. Do not come to this location. Buy pizza at mr pizza man, seniories, costco, round table or dominos if you are in the area. Forget this place. The workers dont care about the customer, just filling their own pockets with free money from pizza hut
