I have my 5 year old in here and I’ve watched him grow tremendously in the short time he’s been here. The instructor, Lance Clayton’s, is great with you need kids. His team is as well. I see staying him for a very long time.

Mr. Clayton is the premier instructor of Keno Karate in New England (if not in the United States). I’ve known Mr. Clayton for a number of years. I’ve watched his teaching and training style with his students. He stresses defensive techniques and teaches his students to only use their karate only to defend themselves against aggressors. He celebrates the academic accomplishments of his elementary and high school students. His emphasis on strong family ties and values and tying them to the values of the karate school is one of the reasons I would highly recommend sending anyone who wants to learn a martial art to Mr. Clayton.
